The product is extremely easy to setup and make it work. Even better than the high quality finish and performance is the TECH SUPPORT! My garage door opener is a Chamberlain MyQ and it needed an additional part. I contacted tech support on Saturday. They replied on Saturday and I had the additional part overnight-ed to me at no cost. Simple setup and EXCELLENT support. This company has my vote hands down 100%. I also purchased the Alert Notification Opener and notifications are perfect. This product is a MUST have if you have a garage door.

Great for knowing what time the door was opened and closed.
with this as an add-on to their garage door system, I am notified pretty quickly when the door is either opened or closed and with text notification you can keep a log of the time and times it has been opened. No more can the kids sneak in or out through the garage without me knowing and no arguing about what time they got home, busted.

Can't turn it off in the app when at home or when you do not want to be alerted. So, it alerts every time the door moves up or down...Quite annoying!

Does the job, and necessary for text/app alerts
Overall, this device is simple and works 99% of the time. I do occasionally get duplicate alerts, and two times the garage has shown as persistently open when it wasn't. The nice thing is that I can hop on the app, and view the doors on the camera to check the door status with certainty. I haven't called customer service yet, but plan to. I will update to 5 stars if they have a fix.

Not Reliable
It’s not reliable. Some times it works - about 1/3rd of the time. Distance to the router isn’t the problem. I wouldn’t buy again.

I've ordered a number of replacements because they've stopped working...even with batter replacement.

This product was very easy to install. Works as instructed. I am annoyed I had to buy this in addition to the garage kit.
