I have been using for past 1.5 yrs. First thing, I got visible difference in muscle building after 3 rd time of consumption ( not a third scoop, third package!). So, you cant get the difference in few days because muscle building is a slow and steady process. Now come to review Pros: 1. Value for money. Compared to other brands, this one is cost effective and reacts well. 2. Since it is a bed time protein, I am getting good pumps at the time of wakeup. 3. It completes my protein requirement of night time for muscle recovery 4. Overall, it reacts slowly but if u have a good workout and diet regime, you will earn the progress Cons: 1. First thing, you will have to take more water consumption, otherwise you will get constipation 2. It tastes blindly. So add boost or horlicks and make it flavoured 3. Dont expect visible results early. Do your work and you will gain it soon.

This product is made from Paneer making process. It’s better value for money and gives the same health benefits as whey. Also, it’s unflavoured and zero additives.

I received this product in an already opened packet, which was very concerning. No matter what you mix it with, the taste is extremely unpleasant and hard to consume. It doesn’t mix well either – leaves clumps behind. On top of that, the seller does not offer returns, and I haven't received any refund despite raising the issue. Very disappointing experience. Beware – do not buy this product.

Its my fault that I didn't read through completely, while comparing the entire thing, I just made this purchase without realizing it. Unflavored tastes terrible. Like seriously, I don't know how people even consume this stuff. And if you are trying to avoid carbs and sugars, making it better is quite a challenge. I finally kinda settled on having Horlicks lite combined with the protein. That said, the product does what it says, the brand is trustable and offers a good price for good protein. Casein is harder to get than whey, so I can't complain too much about the product. Go for it, as long as you don't intend on drinking it directly.

Excellent product , it’s better than whey if ur not a professional athlete, take this as it works in ur body for long. And keeps u sharp. Good product cost money ,not cheap. Keep pumping. 😌 To mix add little milk ,mix it into a paste then add more milk full glass. Mix well for 1 minute. Otherwise u won’t be able to mix it. It’s unflavoured so will taste like milk power. Casein does not mix so well as it remains in stomach. Then gets absorbed slowly. That’s why it’s better than whey. Ideal for working people. U have to mix is slowly. Unflavoured is best as it has no taste no sugar. That’s the whole idea.

Best unflavored casein protein available in the market. I have been using this for many years now and have never faced any issues except once where there packaging was damaged which was replaced immediately by them.
