Did the paper arrived rolled or was it wrapped up and linked?

Hi the paper is not rolled or linked it is folded twice into squares, much like the separate sheets you get in card shops and was enclosed in a plastic bag. I hope this helps.

Is this recycled paper?

I don't think so. It says it can be recycled. It is beautiful paper though very vintage looking and not thin or plastic feeling
