Replaced battery in HP Pavilion x360 - 14-ba125cl.Works - no BIOS warnings on boot up, though the battery is listed as discontinued from HP. You can only get non-HP replacement batteries for this model. At install the battery life is good, will revise if battery life changes.PLEASE NOTE: This is not as easy as some would lead you to believe for the model I have (14-ba125cl). Some youtube videos show the guy saying just remove the base (bottom) by removing the screws and replace the battery. Ah.. NOT CORRECT. Look for the videos that after removing the screws you need to use a plastic tool to lift the keyboard from the base to access the battery. If you have experience taking electronics apart this way you should be fine. Was not the 30min project I expected but with time and patience, working fine now.I recommend the replacement at this point, even if I have to do it in a year or so again. The HP battery in the unit was bulging, I'm glad I got to it before something disastrous happened. Before replacement I had about 30mn battery life.

The battery fit my HP Omen 15in Laptop(HP Laptop product number W2N32UA#ABA) with no issues. The size is identical to the OEM battery. The install was pretty straight forward and did not run into any issues like in previous reviews I’ve read.As for performance, I did not have any expectations since this was not an OEM battery. I am impressed with the performance I am getting. I’ve managed to get about 3.5 hours of streaming video and internet window shopping. Keep in my mind, this is a gaming laptop with a decent video card that can be power hungry. I keep my brightness maxed out. I have had no charging issues. It is questionable that it takes about an hour to fully charge the battery but the battery capacity is not huge to begin with.I feel much better using my laptop without a swollen battery. Those who have an aged laptop may want to look into their old battery. My old battery looked like a whoopee cushion and very thankful that I checked it.

I've had to repair an old HP Pavillion 17-ar050wm twice now, and let me tell you it's a hell of a process to pry the case open all around it's edge without destroying the suckers. The really funny part is that the Laptop doesn't function with a bad battery in it, but removing the battery will allow it to power on while plugged in: a very clear cut case of planned obsolesce.Placing these new battery replacements will completely restore full functionality so long as the operating system is in good working condition and the fans are clear of debris.Keep in mind the screws for the board and these generic batteries do not always align, but the larger and most important one does and that is all that really matters.

The battery works great.

Purchased on 4-4-2023. Easy installation and correct fit. Six months later the battery only provided 10 minutes of power before the HP Pavilion 15Z-CD000 shutdown. At 9 months (1-5-24), the laptop would NOT power on even when connected to the power supply.Opened up the case and found one battery cell was badly swollen. It now measures 10.3 mm thick and the other two cells are 5.6 mm thick. Both photos show the swelling. One photo has a cardboard edge against the top battery surface and you can see the gap where the swelling prevented it from laying flat.Wasted my money upgrading the laptop with SSD and new battery; should have bought a new one like I did today.
