I have never purchased a refurbished item from Amazon, so i was concerned, but...this computer arrived safely packed, and delivered when promised. Yes, there are a few minor skuffs on the monitor, but are not noticable when on. The stand is different as pictured, but still works well to position. The image is bright and clear, started up quickly. Had to do a little work to get the wireless to function, but no more than 5 minutes and i was up and running. Applications loaded smootly and quickly. Great value for the money. I was looking for a larger monitored computer to teach from home with, and i didnt want to spend alot of money on something i might only potentially use for a few months . This will work beautifully for my home instruction needs! Thank you!P.s this is not a touch screen monitor, so i could not review it as such.

Bought one a couple weeks ago. Was very satisfied with the ability to run many programs that can bog down a system but this one handles them easily so I ordered a second one. The system is just as good and I am very satisfied especially for the price. The base had a chip broke out of it on delivery and also some scratches on the computer. Not a big concern considering the price.

What you see is not what you get. The photo that Amazon has here is not the computer that you will get when sun micro sent you an old piece of garbage. It does not even have Wi-Fi capability and it is not as shown in the picture. Buyer beware

I ordered an M92Z but received an M93Z. It has the same hardware but it looks different and doesn't have onboard WIFI. It has 2 more USB connections but one is used by the included WIFI dongle, which worked poorly so I replaced it with a better dual band one. The fan does make some noise, if the room is quiet I wonder if might take off. The computer runs great and as an average user it's fast and responsive. The sound isn't so good but I listen to music so I use external speakers anyway. I'm well pleased with this computer and it's the best deal by far that I could find. Mine came packaged well and after cleaning it up it's in very good cosmetic condition also.

Pretty nice refurb unit. I bought three for use in a school environment. So far, so good. There is NO bloatware which is a HUGE plus in my book. One of the three had a little issue with the back casing wasn't put back quite right, but it was easily fixed. If you are looking for a good, simple computer and aren't scared by refurbs, my experience was good. Time will tell, I suppose. Note: They are kind of heavy and don't ship in typical computer boxes, but were well packed.

I just got my computer and it is working fine. There was no instruction and I also noticed there are some cosmetic damages like scratches here and there. In addition, the base stand plastic was broke on the edge. The first 4 pictures look different than the last one on the side bar of this item and I didn't get the one likes the top 4 pictures. The word "renew" did not renew the base stand.The ethernet port, keyboard and mouse aren't working after about 8 months

I ordered this PC for my daughter, she liked the look of it and I liked the price. When we opened the box it did not look like the one in the photo. Instead of the base with the kickstand, this came with a pedestal stand which wobbles.“ Renewed products work and look like new”, this description is wrong, the PC I received had many flaws to the casing. It wobbles, there are chips, scratches and what appears to be some type of liquid which was spilled along the bottom front below the screen. The screen itself has 2 small scratches in it and some type of stain about the size of a quarter. It looks like jelly or something. It also comes with a mouse and keyboard, I prefer wireless so I used my own. I opened the keyboard box and it was broken, a big piece of plastic was broken off of it's back. Normally I would send something like this back but there's a 20% restocking fee. I decided to see how it runs, it runs like a new PC so far which is why I didn't give one star.Update: I see now that you will get the stand that is in the photo, a change was made. Also, the price has come down from what I paid. If someone was looking for a new PC, I would recommend regardless of the cosmetic issues. The PC is very fast, I am able to run many programs including Flight Simulator at once without slowdown.

Better than new as it doesn’t come pre-loaded with “bloat ware” that you have to remove or disable. Fired up and worked perfectly out of the box. Speaking of the box, this is packed so well it could probably survive being run over with a tank. And a final point, the customer service at Sunset Micro is outstanding! I sent them an FYI message that there was a crack in the plastic on the base (not enough to justify return or replacement) and that the new keyboard they sent me wasn’t the quality of Lenovo’s OE keyboard. Again, I did not ask for replacements, but, they immediately sent me a new base unit and Lenovo keyboard. True customer service is going over and above expectations.
