Disappointed family of 8💔
Sorely disappointed to say the least! Opened box (a Christmas Eve tradition as a family to decorate) and looked over product and noticed many broken pieces. Not salvageable. Paid a hefty price and notice that this item is not able to be returned?! LESS than stellar customer service. Shame on you.

Broken when I received it which makes it useless. When I click on return or replace item it just says no returns allowed!
