Amazing Grass Protein Superfood: Vegan Protein Powder, All in One Nutrition Shake, Chocolate Peppermint, 10 Servings

Call me crazy but I genuinely feel like this tastes like a thin mint shake. Maybe its just the fact I've been forcing down a 30 serving tub of some nasty vanilla orgain protein powder for the past two months, but this flavor is extremely refreshing and delicious. Doesn't have that artificial overly sweet taste, and I love the peppermint. It's really sad this is only a seasonal flavor, I might go ahead and order another just to have as backup! I 10/10 recommend trying the Chocolate peppermint. I blended one scoop with some almond milk, spinach, and a little cinnamon and the taste is great. Also super filling! I'm in love!!

This product tastes nasty!

I would imagine anyone considering this product is already familiar with plant-based proteins and how they differ from the dairy-based versions... they are somewhat gritty, dont mix all that well and dont taste anywhere near as good as the dairy-based protein powders. This powder is no different. Despite these shortcomings, those that see the value in a product like this have learned to accept the trade-offs. Plant-based proteins have their place and this variation is a novel choice to have around during the holiday season.I have used several other greens powders from Amazing Grass and I generally like them all. This mint powder is the third plant-based protein flavor Ive tried. The Vanilla flavor I find undrinkable (its really that bad) but the chocolate flavor I really like and use almost daily. This mint flavor falls somewhere in between the two, but honestly closer to palatable than not. I mix mine in a blender with a bit of almond milk and lots of ice to make a thick smoothie. Dont even bother with a shaker cup unless you are willing to water it down considerably (just doesnt mix well unless in a blender).Ultimately, the health benefits outweigh the fact the taste is just so-so and for that I give it 4 stars (more like 3.5 stars rounded up...). Its a decent alternative to the plain chocolate variety from the same company but I dont see myself ordering any more of it. Ill gladly finish the tub and try something else next time around...

Love the flavor. I use half a scoop to make it go further. My favorite protein powder ever. I keep the calories down by using half a frozen banana and five cubes of ice. A real treat. ♥️

I ordered the chocolate peppermint. I really wanted this to be a replacement for Shakeology. The flavor doesn’t even compare. I had to plug my nose to even get a few sips down. I couldn’t finish the glass that I made. I have been looking for a protein/ nutrition shake, but I will have to keep looking.

This is my first time trying this product. I am so happy with the flavor and quality. The powder mixes easily and well with water or milk - I usually use almond or coconut milk. I haven’t noticed a grittiness that some other vegan protein powders have even after being mixed or blended. I am definitely interested in getting this product again and trying other flavors as well.

This tastes terrible! I have to mix it with other protein powder in order to even tolerate the taste! The green ingredients totally overwhelm the chocolate mint flavor. I will not buy again.

I was so excited to try this and it was a horrible let down. I couldn’t even stomach two sips. I gave it away. Will not be purchasing this flavor again.
