I was very happy with this purchase. It is made well, fits the JitterBug 2 SmartPhone perfectly. The design I chose is so much more vivid and pretty on the actual case than in the picture. This case is extremely disappointing. A large area of the inside surface was rough, almost as if something caustic had been spilled or sprayed on it. The biggest problem was the outside design had started falling off in the package. In the photograph, the black areas are where the design flaked off entirely, some in the package and some onto my fingers just by touching it for Pete's sake! If I could give this piece of crap no stars, I would.

Bought for II but returned phone for many reasons and went back to my I. This case is beautiful, the design has a blur effect to it but it is rather flimsy and not like the case that I had originally bought and now returned to which is very protective if dropped or bumped. If you are very careful with your phone this case would work.

This case has a terrible fit. The bottom especially keeps sliding off. It's slightly too small and won't completely wrap and hold the front lip. This will be my mom's first smart phone and I'm not going to give her the bad experience of a loose sloppy case.
