A baby's sense of vision develops progressively from birth. At around 2 months of age a baby can focus on objects 8-12 inches away, and is more interested in color and movement than at birth. Our 6-month old twin boys love it!
As the grandmother of twin boys, I am always looking for something to stimulate and entertain them. This mobile is a winner. It is colorful, the shapes are interesting, it moves beautifully, and it is very simple to hang. I like the fact that all the edges are rounded. It is the perfect mobile to hang over a dressing table. I plan to buy two more different styles to hang over their cribs.
