Writing this after about 9 months use. Pros It is a savior as I no longer have to sweep or mop the floor when househelp is not around. It cleans and makes floor squeaky. It has hepa filter that takes out even the most invisible of dust. It has multiple power modes in suction and I use medium version which still works great. It has Y shaped mopping that means 2 times it wet mops the floor. Mapping the device YOURSELF is very easy and it connects to home wifi and scans the house yourself. NO NEED OF COMPANY GUIDANCE , but you can use it if you want. You can block it from going to particular areas after mapping is done You can specify in app on volume, charge status. pause, or move or go back to start place. I took the one with auto bin which means i do not have to clean this often, Though company said do not add any cleaning solvents, there are some that company sells. For people with dust allergies, this is a saviour. You can set time in app on when it should mop everyday. Cons Cleaning it is a mess. I wish this was easy. it has whiskers like thing that push hair in the bin. It has a roller under it. My hair gets wound in the roller frequently. Threads, floss, etc gets stuck in the roller. You have to cut all this using a cutting tool they give. Cleaning of hepa filters need to be done Cleaning of area around rollers, hepa filter, bin area, bins etc is time consuming. There is a mop fixed below the machine. you have to wash the mop too frequently to get good cleaning. All above cleaning needs to be done once every week or once in 3 days if you live in dusty area. It is still ok as You do not have to clean large floors. It is noisy while mopping, particularly if you put the suction level high. It is noisy when it dumps the garbage in the dust bin ... there is a suction motor that pulls garbage into the dust bin. this noise is for few seconds. It takes 1 hour to sweep and mop an area of 950 sq feet, which I am ok with as I do not have to pay attention while it does it. Overall it is a good purchase for your house. Value for money as I got it during a sale at huge discount.

I give this zero stars. This product has been a terrible experience. Basically Eureka Forbes has no spare parts for this product and within a matter of few months, its battery died, the brush cover broke and the water tank became faulty. After escalating the matter to their CEO and warning to go to the customer dispute resolution, our product was completely replaced with a brand new one which has again developed problems. Its unbelievable this in this age of social media and technology, a company like Eureka Forbes is providing terrible service and support. For those reading this review, please under no circumstances buy thus or any of their products in the future. We are now trying to return our product and see how we can be compensated for the 21000rs we spent.

Automatic and efficient. It goes to corners, nook and crannies, under the sofa/bed. Deep cleaning is really good. Used a quarter of a glass of water to mop the whole floor (1500 sqft.) and twice! Works even when the wifi signal is weak. When it is cleaning it seems so cute and friendly. I turn it on whenever my maid (queen of sudden leaves and skipping work) is around—just to show her we’ve got a backup and her job isn’t untouchable. Although it still isn't complete replacement of your maid, it is not too far! It is a godsend for 1/2/3BHK apartments if you give it a chance. I believe a more advance version of this machine and a dishwasher you can say good bye to your maid and her tantrums forever. The demonstration was very detailed and informative. Event though I am still exploring it's features, I found the Spot cleaning is not very accurate though. Many spots are left untouched. You need to keep the floor free from bigger objects like marble and small toys otherwise the parts get stuck into the wheels. Don't expect it to make deep oily spots disappear. I felt that the height of the machine including the sensor on the top is about an inch on the higher side. While it was mapping the area it pushed itself inside my bed but got stuck and also scratched its's surface. If it can be made slimmer than it will be able to go inside the standard beds easily. However this shows it is a very powerful machine. While the hardware is great the Smart life Mobile app is crappy to say the least. It often stops working and I have to uninstall and reinstall the Smart Life app to make it work again. Creating multiple maps is still a mystery to me. Operating the machine through the app is not easy for those who aren't tech-savvy. Overall I would say go for it.

Very disappointing after-sales service from Eureka Forbes. I purchased a robot vacuum cleaner expecting convenience and support from a reputed brand, but the service experience has been extremely frustrating. The product stopped working, and after repeated follow-ups, the technician took the device for repair. Since then, there has been no proper update, no clear timeline, and no resolution. Customer care gives the same generic response every time, saying the matter has been escalated, but no one actually takes ownership. Each call feels like starting from zero because the agents do not seem to have proper context of the complaint history. Even the escalation team contacted me without understanding that the product was already with their service team. The worst part is the complete lack of communication and accountability. The product is not with me, no replacement has been provided, and no one is giving a confirmed date for repair or return. This has been one of the poorest customer service experiences I have faced. A brand like Eureka Forbes should not leave customers helpless after selling a product. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before buying, because the after-sales support is extremely unreliable.

I’ve been using the Eureka Forbes SmartClean with Auto Bin Turbo, and honestly, it has made my daily cleaning much easier. The suction power is really good and it picks up dust, hair and small particles quite well. The LiDAR mapping is also impressive. it maps the house quickly and generally moves around without getting confused. What I like the most is the self-emptying bin. I don’t have to keep emptying the robot after every cleaning, which makes it very convenient. The mopping feature is also useful for everyday floor cleaning.

This is the best gadget I have bought this year, very easy to use and is time saving. This is a perfect replacement to house help as I don’t have to wait or adjust with my house help schedule. On a click this travels across the house and clean and mops the house. Even if I’m at work this will clean the house and go back to battery saver. It’s a value of money gadget and but sadly I didn’t get the demo but ChatGPT was at rescue and the best part is light and can be carried anywhere in the house.

It's a great machine, works well the installation is quite trouble some the executive team doesnt respond for separate calls so keep that in mind.....but after installation it works well, cleaning is also ok-ok the price is definitely on the higher side and also requires regular cleaning....only go for it if you can afford otherwise there are better options
