I order this product in extra large because in one of the images there was a chart that was listing waist sizes. Since my waist is 42 I got the extra large thinking it will fit me tight enough because I wanted it a little tighter. When the product arrived I tried it on under a T-shirt just in case if I didn't like the fit I would return it. It fit ok under the the t-shirt. So I removed the tags and washed it by hand with cold water but the next day when I tried it on without the T-shirt it was loose on my body. Now I can't return it since I removed the tags and washed it therefore I don't know how well it works with increasing sweating and performance. If you are around my size I would recomend to get size large. I hope this review will help other buyers.

My eaist had veen the hardest part for me reduce. Mostly been an insulin dependent person for over ten years. Injecting insulin om my abdomen.With the sweat and constant wear the vynil tends to crack. So I have to replace them constantly. This one so far has been an excelent purchase.

It’s been awhile since I purchased this product needed to try it out first before I wrote a review. Works great been using every time for the gym I sweat like crazy if you get one you have to do crazy workouts to sweat. Been losing couple of inches to my stomach area probably should of got a large instead of X-large now it’s feeling loose but it’s working great!

I use this product while running. It helps me sweat a bit more around my mid section. The instructions that came with this product were clear and easy to follow. It fits really well and I would recommend this product.

Is not adjustable and no warm body enough, my waist is for medium and is over size, no tie like expected.

Runs big

The material was very thin and I really did not even sweat that much using it.

This belt runs a bit big. I have worn it so I couldn't return it. Would you be able to send me a large at a reduced price? That would be helpful.
