Case-Mate Samsung Galaxy Note 3 POP! with Stand Case - Retail Packaging - Black

Before I bought the galaxy note 3, I had the s3 and case mate was what I used. Love love love this product. I don't know how many countless times I had dropped the old phone and my case mate kicked ass. This case fits the note 3 so tightly it is going to be difficult to remove. The rubber is where it counts the corners and the sides for the slip resistance, I like this feature because its traction for my fingers. I'm not an otterbox fan in any way and this case has proved to hold up in durability (I beat the brakes off everything) and adds minimal bulk. Buttons are easy to use and the case is made to function properly. I just wish they had more colors.

fantastic case for the note 3. The rubber on the sides gives the phone an amazing grip. Some might think the plastic is cheap looking but metal in certain circumstances can get damaged more easily. I am not one of those people who complain about the plastic samsung uses in their phones like most iphone users do. I love the all black look. Some people might have a problem with the kickstand's location, but the advantage of it is you can stand up the phone without an additional stand. The downside is the the edge of the kickstand is rubber and on certain surfaces, the kickstand will slip causing the phone to fall but overall it wasn't a turnoff to me. (I had the same kind of case (and same experience) for the galaxy note II in white so I was very familiar with the case previously) $19.99 is a very good value considering if you go into a carrier store they are charging double for the same case; however, $15.00 would be a more ideal price considering some minor shortfalls. Overall I give this product a buy so please do not overlook.

I love Case-Mate POP cases. My 1st one was for Samsung Galaxy Nexus, 2nd one for iPhone 4, 3rd one for iPhone 5S and this one for Samsung Galaxy Note 3. All these pop cases have got best protection & durability, excellent grip, non fading colors and overall comforts on use.The packaging was very good and the shipment was very fast.

Love this case as it will protect your phone and has a nice slim profile. I've been using Case-Mate's "Tough Case" cases for a few years now (previous iPhone 4S, Samsung Galaxy S3, iPhone 5S) and they work very well. This case is a little different as it's shiny, but the protection is still there. The best part is the non-slip rubber tread-like grippy feeling sides -- many case-makers get it wrong and give their cases smooth sides--too slippery! The grip is where is needs to be with this case. Now, the kickstand...well, it's thin. Very think. It will work in portrait mode, but you will have to really extend the kick-stand and don't touch it once it's standing! Landscape mode is perfect. The other bad thing is that the shiny part will scratch quickly.

I have tried several cases for my Galaxy Note 3. This case is a very good case as far as looks and protection. The problem is that the Kick Stand is mounted upside down while in the landscape position. Case-Mate's customer service told me that Smart Phones rotate 360 degrees and it is a problem with the phone settings. This is mostly true with the exception of games or images from websites that only display in landscape and cannot be rotated. I assure you that in these instances the Kick Stand is upside down and is useless in landscape mode. Look at other Kick Stand Cases and you will see they are mounted in the opposite position. Case-Mate blew it and won't admit it. This Case is a five star case if the Kick Stand is mounted correctly, If you don't use a Kick Stand this would be a great Case.

The case fits perfect, all the holes are where they should be, it's not really bulky, has good protection, feels nice in my hands, perfect amount of grip and the price is ok compared to the WAY overpriced Speck brand with basically the same make up/design materials. (That said- the Speck case is very nice and I do use it)I mean let's be real, we all know these things are made in China for about 5-10 cents each, at least I do because I use to sell cell phone cases for a living buying directly from there, but anyways. ISSUES: Like Speck, (although the Candy Shell Grip one does work on preventing scratches) the plastic scratches easy, like it's flat out astonishing how fast and easy it'll scratch just from simply placing on a kitchen counter. It looks like swirly junk, on the black case anyways, within the week. It'd be nice if they used the same self healing plastic the LG Flex phone uses on its back. Or should/could make it out of the same plastic UAG uses on its cases. It's VERY scratch resistant, one of my favorite cases, but no kickstand and a wee bit wider. The kickstand? I like it for plane rides, using at the dinner table, etc. The kickstand is kinda cheap feeling, but it's not like I'm leaning on it. It's just for viewing, so an (although superior) aluminum stand like the Seidio Active has isn't necessary for me. I don't like the bulk and lint grabbing silicon on my Seidio Active.

Great case. Had the otter case but it added too much weight.

I really like this case in fact I ordered another one in case this one does break but after 3 months it looks great and it's firm comfortable and fairly easy to remove phone if I have to change the battery.
