Perfect replacement remote!

Item was exactly as described, Brand new - OEM replacement remote for my home theater sound bar system (NB3520A). I purchased the bar and subwoofer (but the remote was missing) locally at a Wal-Mart for only $80 as an open box special and am very pleased. The system requires the remote to perform functions/operations that cannot be done without it. For less than $100 I was able to upgrade our living room TV to what I consider "Bose" quality sound system for a fraction of the price. The remote was the icing on the cake. Thanks

I really liked the remote. My puppy got ahold of the original remote and destroyed it. It works great for the most part. The only issue I have is when I tried using it on my smart TV, I would have to completely close out the app just to go back a page in the app. It did the job though.

So this is a direct product replacement and it works as advertised but after I purchased Amazon showed me suggestions of others which don't have the brand on them but legit same remote and was talking to a friend of mine who bought the knock off and it works just the same if you need to have the brand name one this is for you if you want to save money they have ones that probably came out of same factory look exactly the same functions(personal feelings) the same for half the price.

Just perfect. Excactly what I have been looking for. Couldn't find it in the stores so came on here and it took no time to find. The price was great and the delievery time was excellent.

Working perfectly, strange how original lasted 2yrs & suddenly quit. But took batteries from old & put them in new & worked first click.Sidenote, new remote has better range. Exactly the same part but this one I don't even have to aim directly at the sound bar for functionality.
