I recently started wearing armor to mountain bike after a few very bad injuries. I ride a lot on technical rocky trails and in tight NE trees on natural and bermed up trails. I tried several foam armor options- this shirt is perfect- it covers my ribcage and shoulders. I have several times had wipeouts where the Gform foam did the trick. It is not too warm- I wear it under a technical shirt ( so I don't look like a hardo) and am not uncomfortable in the 70's and lower 80's...I have hit trees with my shoulder and had branches pop my collarbone area and the padding dulled it out amazingly. And I have wiped out onto rocks on my side and feel sure I would have cracked ribs if I hadn't been wearing it. I am 5'8" and 175Lbs

Did it's Job
I've been wearing this for several months and yesterday I finally got to "test" it out, hitting a tree with my shoulder going close to 17mph. I think by all rights I should have a broken collar bone, instead I luckily only have a bruised shoulder. The impact hit directly on the padding on the shoulder. No damage to the shirt. I wear a size medium and the fit is good - tight to the body, no movement at all. I'd definitely buy this again.

Good for Enduro mtb but...
Does not come with back protection, which I think is essential, still is the only one I've know has ribs protection so...fitment is a little tight but not uncomfortable. My mom stitched a rear pocket to fit a D3O back protector I bought from a local bike shop, since then is an essential item for me to go riding. I know it is not meant to be a specific mtb protective gear but adding the back protector will work for any sport you may want protection, so 4 Stars I think

Quality material, uncomfortable fit.
So, the padding is akin to rubbery memory foam. It's great stuff but it offers minimal shoulder protection. I ordered a large and the padding is barely the diameter of a soft ball. The fit is also tight for a large. I'm about 170 lbs, I'm not super fat. I'd go a size up.Bottom line is it depends on position. Good rib and sternum coverage. Weak shoulder padding. I got this to play fullback in rugby. Nike doesn't have as fancy of gear but is a better fit with better shoulder coverage. Nike has no rib padding but I ultimately went with that.

Great base layer. Pricey, but very nicely made.
It's a great base layer for many different sports related activities. I use it for a little added protection when riding my mtn bike. Profile is minimal, while still offering decent protection for your shoulders and ribs. The only think I wish this had is some spinal protection. I use a separate back protector, but it would be nice to just ride with this base layer on more casual days, and still feel a little protected.

Excellent SCA hidden armor
I have worn just about every type of hidden armor for SCA combat. This one beats them all. The same type of padding as Zoombang, only protects better, is more comfortable, and less than half the price. I wear this and a kidney belt, and have taken shots to the ribs by Dukes the size of Cave Trolls with not a single bruise.

Litte small but its function is enough 【
It's not imported in Japan, so I bought it from Amazon.com in US.In my case, the chest circumference is about 100 cm , so M size should be fine, but it's pretty tight.I think the reason why the shock-absorbing clothing is not on the market is the lack of awareness of the dangers associated with riding a bycycle. In that respect, the high level of crisis awareness of in US regarding bycycle accidents is something to be imitated.

Sizing Measurements incorrect
I ordered both the Large and Xtra Large Men's Compression Shirt. Sizing was incorrect for myself. I am 6ft tall weight 170lbs - I measured on top side of Large, it was extremely tight under the armpit no room for comfortable movement but torso and ribs fit great. Returned for the Xtra Large, still too tight under the armpit area and no comfortable room for movement feels like it will rip, extremely loose at rib cage and waste area. I do not recommend this product because I have done all measurements correctly and it does not fit comfortably. Material and stitching seem fine. Was hoping to get a good crash shirt from G Form for bike parks after researching many different options. If they fix the armpit tightness I would maybe reconsider, until then buy at own risk!

Comfortable but snug fit
Used while riding my bike. Not fallen off yet so can’t comment on the level of protection. Snug fit

Nice Man Spanks!
I bought this shirt after busting my ribs up in a mtb crash. This is a compression shirt and fits as it should. Might be a bit hot in the hottest months, but it breathes well. Padding is flexible, non restrictive and well placed. I hope it will do as advertised and help me when my talent runs out.

MOlto comoda

Light quality protection that is comfortable
Great bit of extra protection for MTB. Not hot. I'm 6' 2", 190lb and went with a large. It's a snug but not restrictive fit which is important to keep it in place during a crash. Quality is very nice, no signs of seams coming apart. Little bit of practice required to figure out how to get it off once sweaty.
