This case is amazing!! The construction and feel are top-notch! Initially, I purchased the Apple leather folio for $129. Then, I ordered this one. Once I received it, I just knew I’d be taking the Apple one back. I don’t mind paying top dollar for great products, but this leather folio is even better than the Apple one, in my opinion. I’m not sure what another reviewer was talking about when he or she said that it didn’t seem as premium as other folios. I think it feels great and definitely has that leather smell. The magnets on it are stronger than the magnets on the Apple folio, making sure the case stays shut, and I like that. It also has better pockets for credit cards and can be made to stand up sideways in landscape mode to facilitate watching videos. The Apple case cannot. I’ve had it for about a month and there’s no doubt the construction is excellent. At $29.99, it’s a steal compared to the Apple Leather Folio and a much better alternative!! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium leather case for their iPhone XS Max!!

This case is very nice. Love that it’s structured, RIFD protected and credit cars organization. The packaging that it comes in is a very nice presentation. I ordered the purple it is darker than I thought it would be, but still nice. My only suggestion is would love to see other colors like Magenta or Fushia or a Blush/Rose pink.

The case is so well made. Definitely quality material(s). I got the color purple. It looks black. If you’re expecting it to be more purple-y don’t get this case. I’m a tad disappointed in the color but will definitely be keeping and using this case. The color is the only reason I gave this case 4 stars.

The case overall is much better than I expected. I don’t think the leather feels as premium as what Nomad or Platinum uses but it is still nice. Stitching is very precise and I like the auto sleep/ wake. Magnet holds pretty strong and it holds the cover when you flip it to the back so it’s not flopping around. The media view stand is also a nice touch.

Personally I like a more “pretty” case, but this makes my phone safe and it’s good quality! It fits perfect. It’s really nice to not have to worry about my screen get scratched in my bag. I don’t put cards in it. I don’t want the case to stretch out. The magnet works great. It does put your screen to sleep when closed. I like that. I’ve had this case for months. I’ve tried “pretty” cases and always come back to this case. If you want something that fits, protects your phone and still looks good you won’t be sorry you bought this. I got the black. It doesn’t get finger prints on it either.

I really loved this case, but after less than 7 weeks, and not a single card kept in the wallet section, the magnetic closure is no longer working. I’ve reached out to the seller and will update if they are willing to return or send a new one because I’m hoping this one is just dysfunctional. They are supposed to come with a lifetime limited warranty, but there’s no information on how to submit a claim. I considered the auto close function as the highest priority for protection, otherwise it’s useless if you accidentally drop your phone, and now mine just blows open with the slightest breeze. Not helpful at all!

An amazing product with only one minor glitch. It securely holds my iPhone, allowing for screen protection and a much more "grippy" exterior than the actual phone has, dramatically reducing dropping incidents. Paired with an anti-glare glass screen protector and we have a winner.The only down-side is the anti-RF ID mesh that is throughout the entire case: it can attenuate / reduce the strength of the signals sent and received from the phone. This has the effect of causing cell phone coverage, Bluetooth, and / or Wi-Fi to be less effective than it normally could be.In a future version of this case, I would recommend that the anti-RFID mesh only be on the front flap of the case, and not on the rear, so that the phone itself would be able to still transmit and receive at full strength through the back, but that credit and ID cards would not be able to be read through the slots on the front.

It has enabled me to drop using a wallet and just put everything in my phone case. It's actually leather, be careful, many of the alternatives are not and it's hard to tell. Magnetic close is the way to go. A snap close gets caught and is a pain. Would give 5 stars if it held more credit cards. I keep my insurance card (very thin) and DL in the flap and 4 credit cards in the 3 credit card holders. It works but this is over capacity and I have to make sure it puts the iPhone in sleep mode when I close it. I don't use the stand much, but when needed it is so great to have. If you are taking this on runs or other physical activity, consider the darker colours.

Bought a Shieldon dark blue leather folio for my iPhone XS max. Very fast delivery and came nicely in a gift box. Great quality and made, better than the otterbox one I had prior to this. Will be getting another for my iPhone 12. Hope this seller has the same brand Shieldon leather folio in dark green perhaps? 👍

Love the case and material. Was previously using an Otterbox one but find this to be better in terms of quality and use features. Case cover can be folded to be a stand which the Otterbox couldnt do. The magnet to turn phone on and off when case is close or open is also useful, which the Otterbox didnt have.

Wow !What a case ! This case is so light weight, fabulous feel and sleep/wake responds better than the original Apple case that cost almost five times the price !!!I love it !!
