When used with cat diabetic food/biscuits this product is beneficial.One problem with this product is the smell/flavour. Our cat recognises the smell and this puts him off taking the drops in his food after a while. WOULD BE BETTER IF THE DROPS HAD A MORE NEUTRAL FLAVOUR....otherwise a worth trying.

My 12yr old cat was diagnosed with diabetes on 25/9/25, I put her on a low carb wet food diet immediately , wet food was what she was used to anyway , I put her on these drops 26/9/25, sadly she crossed The Bridge on 4/11/25, I can’t answer if they work , or if they don’t , all I know is my cat lived only 6wks after diagnosis and insulin wasn’t an option as she wouldn’t let us test her blood glucose let alone inject. Taste, she had no problems eating her food with drops in, drops did have a heavy smell though, effectiveness , zero.

I’ve given my diabetic cat this solution for about 3 years. Just 2 drops a day. He has diabetic food too and has done really well without medication.

This literally saved my 15 year old cat, I cannot speak highly enough of it.

This really helped with a motherless litter. We hand reared them but one started to fade. This solution really helped the little one come back.

***Forgot to add some important details about this product that will be useful for any pet parent with either a diabetic cat or dog.***This product does work. Unfortunately, not together with the insulin. The purpose of this product is to help lower and control the sugar. Same way the insulin does too. Trust me when I tell you this supplement does work, but you cannot give two things at the same time to help your pet with their diabetes. It is either one or the other. If you give both the problem will be that your pet will become hypoglycemic and can be fatal if you are not around or fast enough to bring the sugar back up. Happened once with my cat. I was only giving her this supplement once a day while on insulin every 12 hours. The first week went great. The following week her sugar dropped so low my cat became hypoglycemic. Luckily, I was home and noticed my cat wasn’t moving. She started to stagger, dizzy, and confused. I tried to tempt my cat with treats to get her attention and she would not walk towards me. Immediately, I had to check her sugar which indeed was extremely low and offer her food. Took a few minutes for her sugar to get too normal.My advice would be, if you decide to give your pet this supplement, you would need to stop the insulin. Cannot do both.My cat Luna been diabetic since November. She has been on insulin ever since and on diet food. I started recently using this product. I have notice 3 things so far. Good things. First, my cat stopped vomiting due to her being nauseous. Second, Luna’s food cravings is under control. Last, her glaucous sugar reading is at 200. I check my cat’s sugar every morning. I am very amazed how well this product is working on my Luna.

I waited until my second bottle to review as my cat was pretty advanced with diabetes and I wasn’t sure how this would work. I have been giving him his full dose as recommended for his weight twice a day for over almost 3 months. The second day he was on it he did puke foamy white vomit. However that only happened once and I think it’s because his blood sugar was so high and then brought it down so quickly. I noticed less urine output within a couple days and less drinking water eating etc. he is happy and seems very healthy. Unfortunately I caught this a little too late so his back legs are still very week and not sure if they will get better. But this has definitely been a great alternative to needles and expensive vet bills and he doesn’t hate me! Also trying to watch his diet. I use an escargot dish, put some water in the well, add the drops and syringe into him. Always get great results with these products that way.

We were at the point of seriously considering putting our 12 year old cat to sleep. Once describing our situation and asking for quotes locally, someone suggested she may just have diabetes.
