Stainless Steel

The lid fits tightly, but it is also easy for little fingers to open it. I bought it for my child in preK. My only issue is that the top of the lid is not smooth, so it is not possible to place a sticky name label on it. I had to place the label on the inside, which is very far from ideal. PreK wants to have everything labeled, so I am placing the labels on both the container and the lid. I like that it is much lighter than the glass containers I am normally using (I don't use plastic containers). Good for travel. Washes easily. I was also afraid that strawberries or other acid food will oxidize it, but they do not. So the stainless steel is of a high quality.

These containers are great but they are not leak proof. If the lids stay on they work but they come off to easy when packed in a lunch bag. I use them for dry goods now instead of anything wet. Would love them if the top stayed on. I'll keep searching to find one...

These are perfect, I pack them in my kids lunches. I even bought another set to have more, love them.
