I've ordered a more than 5m runner and it is flat (not sticking up from being rolled up for transport). Very good quality, hard wearing and looks nice.The backing makes it non-slip.I'm a very happy customer and would recommend the rug to everyone. Similar sizes are going for twice the price, and I was a bit apprehensive about the quality, but there is no reason to be. Sometimes what you pay for is not what you get 😄

Not as rigid as expected, seems to always to be adjusted. Not sure if this is my carpet or the one I bought has wheels. 8/10
