I've tried a couple other magnesium supplements before and they taste awful... this one has no flavor so I really like it! I feel it work within 20 or 30 minutes. Also, helps my kid fall asleep quicker with a smaller dose! It's pricey but lasts a long while. Worth the money!

My Acupunturist/Homeopathist/Medical Doctor...used to give me this. She was the most knowledgeable person I've ever encountered given her triple medical degrees. I was really sad when she moved away several years ago but thrilled when I found this available on Amazon.I have a genetic condition which makes me hypersensitive to many things. One way the sensitivity emanates is through leg cramping. This helps a lot for that. My belief is I can use as much as I want and I don’t have to worry about things like kidney stones...which is what I meant by 'Least problematic' form of calcium.

I have taken this product for years. Was very pleased to find it on Amazon for such a good price. When I don't take it regularly, I get more charlie horses in my legs and feet. If I get a cramp, I take some and just let it dissolve in my mouth for the quick sublingual effect. Helps a lot. Also can work very well in relieving tension headaches. I am told that it works the best when taken with Premier Research Aloe or Betaine HCL. I usually use the Betaine HCL since it is less expensive. It was originally recommended to me by my Nutritionist and Kinesiologist. It appears to be a little pricey for calcium, but a little goes a long way. Cheap calcium is just not worth it.

Really helped with my energy level while pregnant... especially first trimester. Take 1tsp 30 min before breakfast. I also use as calcium supplement due to family hx of osteoporosis. Have ulcerative colitis in remission and calcium supplements are notorious for causing constipation but I have no trouble with this brand. Would have given 5 stars if the price was better.

I love this stuff! Highlight of my morning is getting my glass of water with this mixed in. The taste is sweet and satisfying. I learned about Coral Legend upon researching the Okinawans and their (former) longevity. Want to feel better? Use this product. Not sure what else to say. I promise you that I'm not wealthy, not even close. And this stuff ain't cheap. Yet I do whatever I need to do to be able to afford it. Only because it works to keep me healthy and without that I can't make money.

I have been taking this calcium supplement for at least 2 years and love it. It has really been helpful for my muscles and bones. As I am almost 60 yrs. and have been told by my doctor that I have the best bone density of all his female patients. I use to take calcium citrate and was told in my 40's that I had the bone density of a 20 year old.

The is the best calcium powerder any one could ask for . Take it with aloe Vera or orange juice and it will help to absorb the calcium faster in ur body . I have been using it for 4 years so far I love it .
