How the heck do these sizes work?? For reference, i am 5"6, around 150lbs, but athletic. Typically wear size 6 bottom, size 4/small tops

I’m 5’4” and 110 lbs. I have a long torso. I wear size 6 tops and size 4 pants. I currently have size 36 swimsuits, which are perfect. I think a 38 would work for you since you are a bit bigger.

I'm tall too. Whichever size you get, I would recommend getting a Long swimsuit. At 5'9" you might be okay, but for me, at over 6 feet tall, the leg opening was stretched and looked odd. It had a much higher rise than what is pictured.

How do i go about returning the suit? i just got it today. even though i read the reviews and sized myself correctly, it was way too small.

Did need to size up with this suit. Mine had enclosed paperwork and directions for return. Don’t remember if it was UPS or USPS, but they had everything needed for my instructed return, and I rcvd. sized up replacement within a few days.
