 Got this for my girlfriend and she loves it! Couldn't turn it on at first, but figured out you have to hold down the power button for 3-4 seconds for it to turn on.

I ordered one of these last November. It worked great and I loved it. It has 3 different speeds with a ton of vibration patterns. The design is really sleek and it feels effortless to hold in my hand as I’m using it. It unfortunately stopped working after I tried charging back in April. I was wanting to order another one since I liked it so much and as I was reading the reviews I saw that it had a forever warranty. I figured why not try it out. I emailed the company and within minutes they responded. Not only did I get a replacement free of charge and shipping, they sent me two replacements!! I emailed them on a Friday night and the package was on my front porch by Monday. The customer service is awesome. Because I like the pixie vibrator so much I want to try other products from this company.

This is an amazing vibrator. I love the different settings and the intensity. It’s very effective in achieving that “big O.” It lasts for about 2.5 hours and it’s rechargeable, so no buying new batteries and it’s safe to submerge in water.I also had an awesome experience with customer service. The forever warranty is not a lie! Mine sadly died so I sent an email just like stated in the booklet you get with it and got a response in less than 24 hours. She asked for the order number and the address I wanted it sent to, then sent me two brand new ones for good measure. Just like that. Sure enough, two working pixies arrived two days later at absolutely no cost to me. Buy this product! You’ll be glad you did.

I ordered this along with the "Girl's Best Friend" oral sex simulator. Great design. It really delivers! Lots of options for focused contact and lots of settings. It really is a great design and it's small enough to take when you travel. Battery lasts a long time between uses. Easy to use; easy to clean.

Good product - very well made, I liked how soft and smooth it was all over. It worked well for solo use, but was harder to use with my partner, which was my purpose for buying. I contacted customer service though, and they are taking great care of me to find a toy more suited for my needs. Very happy with my experience with this company overall. I'm excited to try out another product from them.

UPDATE: While this product was definitely not for me, their customer service is the best I've encountered! Reaching anyone on Amazon always has you jumping hurdles but Nicole messaged me within 15 minutes of this review offering suggestions to make up for it. The fact that she reached out, I have respect for Sweet Vibrations. If you have any issues with a product, TALK TO THEM! They actually care about their customers. I've never had a company care more.The perk is that it is well made, truly waterproof, and easy to charge.For me, the shape was awkward and vibrations too strong- it actually hurt the Lil lady a bit. If you can handle that then go for it.
