5 stars, broken Screen!??
I had a great and professional experience. I received my computer and it had a broken screen. I messaged them and they told me to return the computer. I notified them that I was in a time constraint and that I really needed it. They shipped me a new one with a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend!

Very good computer as stated
This is a very good computer, like new!

Mine lasted 4 months.
Within 4 months (a month out of warranty) it started freezing up occasionally, then crashing several times a week. Diagnostics say there is a memory problem. New RAM is about $200.
