hard to put together, a challenge but my granddaughter love it.. so it was worth the work
my granddaughter had her heart set on this one, so I got it, I'm sorry I did as it is hard to put together. tiny screws are extremely hard to screw in. I'm only on the head now and it's been two days into it. Directions are not that clear.. only pic's (no words in directions) not enough of explanations. It took longer than expected., but when it was done there was an amazing excitement of completion, and when it worked... that was great.. i had my doubts because i never put anything together like that before.

Excellent!
This is a really good product in terms of quality and price, my nephew (9 years old) was so happy when we work together assembling it. If you want to spend good time with your kids this is very good option. Instructions are quite clear.

too fragile and difficult to assemble
it is too complicated for a child to assemble and even adults require a lot of patience to assemble the legs. The legs are so fragile they broke after a day of use by the child. It is now useless and as proved to be a wasteful purchase. I would like to return the broken toy and claim a refund.

Great gift idea for kids that like STEM
I love that this is a kit for a child to put together. It's a gift for my grandson that is going to be 10.

Broken parts, horrible customer service
We bought two of these as birthday gifts for our daughters. These were the gift they wanted the most. Both robots were not working properly even after trying to rebuild them several times. When I contacted customer service, they said it was a faulty motor and they would get back to me to after checking into it. After reaching out to them several times over the course of over a month, we have given up. My daughters were so excited and not only was the product but the customer service was a complete let down. Amazon could do nothing to help me because too much time he passed. Complete waste of your money and company that doesn’t care for their customers.

Meh...
The robot is fine, but the bad stuff are that the robot is loud and slow. The instructions are also unclear. But overall, the robot is awesome. Its also really easy and fun to build. l am 9 years old.

Disappointing
Took hours for my husband to put together. Then it didn’t work right. He is not fast, but very good at following directions. Can fix and do most things he sets his mind to. We were very disappointed.

Defective
This robot is a cool idea. I was excited to build it with my son. After careful assembly the robot wouldn't work properly. We traced the problem to a defective motor or motor controller which was failed right out of the box. Do not recommend unless you enjoy frustration and a disappointed kid.
