As a medical student, affordable yet high quality colored pens are of utmost importance. One day, I forgot to bring my ordinary set of colored pens to our neuroscience lecture. Fortunately for me, my friend allowed me to use his Staedtler Triplus Fineliner 0.3mm Pens 12 Color Set. My heart was racing. I was sweating profusely. I hopped in my car and drove to the house. I ran up the stairs and into the bedroom, but it was too late.I could hardly bear the scene. Loved these! I love how they don't roll because they are triangular! The colors were pretty. These were my favorite pens for a long time. Now, my favorites are Frixxion (because they erase and work for a lefty!) and Papermate InkJoy. Oh. . . and Flair, of course. If I could find these at a better price point, they'd probably be back on my list again. It's been a long time since I bought them, but I don't remember them being super cheap. I know that back when I was obsessed with them and bought them at a local store, they were pretty pricey compared to what I'm using now.

These are great fine tip pens. I love all the colors they are nice and bright. I bought for office use - not for anything related to art or journaling. They are great for color coding or making notes in different colors so they stand out. They are nice and slim, easy to hole. I store them upside down so I like that the bottoms and the caps are colored so you can see which pen you want. I haven't had them for very long, but if they run out of ink and or dry out, I'd definitely buy again. The container the come in is nice, you could use it store the pens (you could actually use the top and bottom of the container for 2 different pen holders if you wanted), I don't as I put them in a different holder I already had.

I tried cheap gel pens last year for colorcoding my bullet journal entries. I wasn't satisfied because they dried slowly and bled through the pages. I finally took the advice of other folks who are using bullet journals, and purchased this set. I love it! The tips are fine points which sharpens up my entries. The colors are all very visible on the pages. The ink doesn't bleed through, even when I color in little artful details on my pages. And I love the hard plastic container they come in. I can put the set in my purse when I'm on the go, and when I'm at my desk, they stand ready for use. I highly recommend this set! They are very, very nice quality pens.

This is my favorite pen, and I love the variety of colors. Doesn't bleed through paper, great to color-coordinating notes, ergonomic shape, wonderful and thin felt tip.

I love these pens and write with them exclusively. They don’t smear, they don’t bleed, the point is nice and fine, which makes them perfect for writing or drawing, and the colors are vibrant! Staedtler pens are my favorites, so it was no surprise that I would enjoy these. I just needed to replenish my stock of basic colors! I use my fineliners in my bullet journal daily, so I like to make sure I'm all set to go :) They are a good thickness for my own penmanship. Occasionally, I struggle to hold them, but I have chronic pain in my hands, so that can be said for every pen I use. They allow "fatigue-free" writing much more than other pens, that's for sure. I love that they are triangular so that they don't roll away from me when I spread them on my desk. I don't find them to depress or flatten too much. That being said, the black is my MOST used and it does look different from some of my other lesser used colors. They are felt tips so this is to be expected. I like using these for everyday writing, or adding a splash of colorful doodling to a page. They are pigmented and lovely!
