Great Upgrade
Used this on my 2020 Honda CRF250L Rally, great upgrade to pick up some low end torque, your speedo will be off after install but its fixable.

the 12 tooth is best for hard-tight trails and steep hills
I have bought this and the 12 tooth for my Honda crf250X, and the 13 tooth did the trick. A sprocket is a sprocket, but just for those who are not sure if they want this or another, I have put a bunch of hours on mine holding nothing back and its not giving me any trouble or shown any wear yet. By the way for those wondering, the 12 tooth is best for hard-tight trails and steep hills. Not so much for anything else, torque up like champ, just lose a gear of topend it feels like. The 13 was plenty gain from my stock 14 tooth.

I like it even though I couldn't use it
The part seems to be made of very material and is light compared to the stock unit it replaced. However, I had to return it because what was sent to me was for a CR250F not a CRF250. 2-stroke vs 4-stroke and they use different sprockets. I ended up going to a local store and buying one on sale for just a couple of dollar more. I would have preferred the Renthal to what I bought but Amazon's matching software let me down this time. I will say, the return worked as best as I could expect and didn't suffer more than a little inconvenience.

13-42, what should have come stock
Paired this with a 42 rear and a speedodrd to correct the speedometer. Best upgrade I have done. You loose top speed. I wouldn't take the bike past 70 long distance. Rpms are up there. Makes it a lot more capable off road, especially during hill climbs. A lot more fun on the street too. Quite a bit noisier than stock. You can reuse your stock chain with this.

fits 2019 250l
Fit prefect in my 2019 250l. Can't talk about durability yet cause it's only been on 2 weeks. But it's a must on the 250l. Fits great with the stock chain and gives the bike more prep but throws speedo off about 5mph

Fits my CRF250L perfectly. Somewhat louder than the factory sprocket. Adds quite a bit more mid-range torque( but still not enough to let you efficiently use 2nd gear in the dirt). Throws your speedo off by 5mph or more, and seriously diminishes your top-end cruising speeds. Low-range torque still needs the help of a 42t or 43t rear sprocket. However, then you would have something more akin to a dirt bike rather than a dual-sport. I'm thinking I prefer the factory gearing. It does both street and dirt adequately.
