Disappointing
I have been using the Biocare lactase drops with great success and decided to try this one.First of all the cost. The price per bottle is double that of Biocare (both are 15ml), but you also have to use much more, on the product description it says to use 5 drops per pint but on the bottle it says use 7. That is 7 drops per american pint (15 drops per litre) compared to 5 drops per british pint (9 drops per litre) which means you can make 20 litres with this and 33 litres with Biocare. That means the cost per litre of milk with this product is £1.34 and with Biocare is £0.50. It's close to 3 times more.Secondly it has a slight chemical taste which is unpleasant.Thirdly it has not worked at all for me and I have had bad symptoms since I started to use it, I have tried to put more drops for longer but still nothing, and I've had to bin it.

Purchased these drops as 3 members of my family have a moderate intolerance to lactose. They worked perfectly. No one had any of the usual symptoms after eating dairy products treated with these drops. And it's a cheaper alternative to buying lactose free products.

Very effective
Being Chinese we lack the enzyme to break down lactose, these drops actually work really well.

Pueden tomarla los niños sin problema.
Buen producto. Es la segunda vez que las compro. Si bien, han ayudado ha disminuir los cólicos en mi hijo de 5 años al tomar lácteos, aún tiene problemas de gases, pero definitivamente ya no sufre al tomar la leche. 100% recomendable.

then best avoid this
These drops are not effective basically. If you have a severe reaction to lactose, then best avoid this.
