fits the mini q drill press perfectly
I like that it has steel plates on the jaws, allowing the use of magnetic jaw inserts to be used

Exactly what I needed
I needed a small vise for some miniature projects I'm working on and this one is exactly what I needed. It's sturdy and will last for years to come. The threading is smooth and closes as tight as you want or a gentle squeeze to hold things as the glue dries. Not a bad price. Happy camper!

Tiny yet mighty
Exactly what we were looking for, a compact vice that's easily moved around and for different types of projects

You get what you pay for
It is okay for the price. There is a lot of slop in the sliding jaw. The jaws are milled as the price would dictate.

perfect for my Dremel drill press
vise worked great, did have to add padding underneath vise to keep it quiet when moving

The screws that hold vice jaws sit above jaw surface
The vice jaws are very thin and are held in place by Phillip's head screws.Unfortunately the countersunk holes in the vice jaws aren't deep enough,so the screw heads sit half a millimetre or so above the jaws, so they'regoing to leave their round impression on anything clamped in the vice.I ended up countersinking the jaws further, which was tough going as thejaws were hard. In the end, the screws sat just below the jaws but I spentway more time on it that a cheap vice deserves. It was also Christmas and there was no time to return it and buy somethingelse. I certainly wouldn't buy another.
