Cheap and functional
For under $100 (when I purchased it), you get a 20" widescreen LCD monitor. It has no bells and whistles at all, which is a little refreshing. It is very light, feeling almost a little chinsy, but still seems somewhat durable. Graphical quality is good, with maybe a couple dead pixels. I replaced a dead old 17" Sony 4:3 LCD (probably 5 or 6 years old), and there is a definite image quality improvement.

Great value but not as shown
I bought 2 of these for a dual monitor set up and find them to work very well. I am satisfied with the color and clarity of the monitors. They were easy to set up and hook up and as they automatically go on and off with the computer I also found the blue power indicator light to be unnecessary so I followed instructions and disabled it so I I don't have to look at it all the time. I had a very limited space for these and paid special attention to the diagram shown above that shows the side view of the tilt mechanism. BIG MISTAKE! The monitor pedestal is nothing like the picture and only has movement from straight up to about 10 degrees back. It does not tilt forward at all, let alone lay face down. As it turned out, it fit my space anyway and I am happy with it. I just don't understand why they show such a misrepresentation of the tilt mechanism. I think some people could be very disappointed when they get it if they are counting on that!

Awesome Pic
I was kind of specticul in regards to purchaseing a PC Screen online, but I took my shot anyways and let me tell you it was easy, fast delivery, and the monitor was packed very well that it was hard for me to open! Once I took it out and replace my old monitor, I was in HEAVEN. THE PICTURE QUALITY IS CLEAR, BRIGHT AND AWESOME. I CAN ACTUALLY READ THE SCREEN. I WAS GIVEN A DATE OF DELIVERY AND IT CAME IN TWO DAYS INSTEAD OF 5 OR 6 DAYS AS ANTICIPATED.

A solid budget monitor
I purchased this monitor to pair with a nearly 3-year-old Mac Mini and was somewhat concerned about compatibility because it is an HP product. Fortunately, there were no problems at all with it working with my Mac. I knew that this would not be the best display in the world in terms of color fidelity or flexibility, but was just looking for something very utilitarian and easy to look at for hours a day. For around $100, you can't expect the best, but I am very satisfied with the display. The controls are easy to understand so you can make adjustments to color, brightness and contrast intuitively and the widescreen very helpful in dealing with windows in browsers as well as multiple palettes in applications. It is lightweight so it is easy to move around on your desk if you need to. At 1600 x 900, it looks sharp and clear. At other resolutions (which are interpolated), it is somewhat blurry and stretched, but this is to be expected from an LCD, particularly a low end one. If you need to have clarity at other resolutions, you may want to look for something more expensive. The only somewhat negative points are that the light weight comes with somewhat flimsy feeling construction. Unless you tend to drop your display, this shouldn't be an issue. Also, it is very stiff when trying to adjust the tilt. I initially believed it was stuck, but it was just quite tight. I was a little concerned that forcing it to move would break something, but it wasn't a problem. All in all, this is a pretty solid budget display.

This monitor is great!
It was time for me to upgrade my computer monitor to a LARGE flat screen monitor so I went with this one and was not disappointed at all! Very easy to set up and the picture quality is amazing! GREAT purchase at a GREAT price! I would suggest to all to purchase! thanks

Set-up was simple. However, the quality of the text and coloring on screen appear washed-out and generally very poor. I called HP tech support and got a guy who was impossible to understant, then got disconnected after going through most of the adjustments with him that I had already performed. I am returning the product and definitely would not recommend this to anyone.

Wasn't the best

Price high
Though this screen is good. I would say we can get better models for the same price. I think I was little hurry to book it online without looking around. Amazon should reduce price to somewhere around 85$. Then it's worth for money.
