Fantastic binoculars. But don't trust the strap mine broke after the slightest of knocks. Very good binoculars though I'm well impressed

I'm not sure if I was supplied a returned pair as they're not the cleanest pair of new binoculars. The 'included' batteries were not included. I've bought some LR44 batteries and will edit the review once received and been able to use. They do feel comfortable in the hands and rugged enough for my needs (sailing).

Terrible customer support. I bought these last year and have used them infrequently. Recently I was carrying them around my neck and the strap parted at a seam and the binoculars fell to the ground and snapped in half. I have tried contacting the seller via due process on Amazon to no avail. Far too expensive a product to be replacing annually due to poor manufacturing especially for a product described as robust.
