Product works great for helping to reduce the jarring from punches and kicks to my heavy bag setup. Supports the weight and it is made of what seems to be very solid stainless steel. Quality and price is great. I definitely recommend to others. I also use it to hang my hammock chair from Chihee and it is great.

Great parts at a great price - I looked at Home Depot and for a lot more money struggled to even find all these pieces. The carabiner was just big enough to snap onto my hammock chair, but this also confirmed my suspicion that many other kits wouldn’t have worked (they seem to use smaller parts)! Glad I bought this one. Feels sturdy and the spring adds just a touch of softness/forgiveness when you sit in the chair; but I wouldn’t call it bouncy.

I bought 2 swinging chairs for my patio and bought this for one of them. I like how this one is able to spin all the way around, there is no chain getting caught, you don't have to spin back around to untangle etc. The kids love it, hubby loves it, I love it. I bought another one to replace the hardware on my second swing. This is the one to buy if you want to be able to spin around, or swing even. Easy to install, not bulky, very simple. We love it!

I bought this to hang a crochet chair that we bought in Mexico. The hardware is easy to install, sturdy and love the 360 degree swivel. Easy to take the swing down when not in use too. It has come in handy to have this chair during quarantine.

I did not use this product as intended! I did not use the included screws! I did however use liquid nail and hang it on my ceiling. I also used a light weight chain.. some generic "S" hooks and created my own hanging pot rack..

Very easy to install once I found a stud finder.Doesn't come will a chain or rope to add length but is very very sturdy. Myself (190lbs) my preteen daughter (115lbs) and my toddler (75lbs) all got in our hammock swing at the same time and it held.

Awesome! They love it but for the love of god and your own sanity get wd40 for the metal on metal hooking.. or else every time they get in it or move you’ll want to stab a soldering iron in your ear cavity. Seriously the metal squeal could spark madness in the holiest of saints

Best value for the money! I am using this as a mount for my son's therapy equipment in the basement. It is perfect! Once it was installed, which was super easy, we were ready to swing. I originally only purchased 1 mount because I was unsure but now I will buy another. I feel comfortable to let my 5 year old swing.

Perfect for our hanging chair and can certainly hold the weight. The chain is long enough to be flexible in use. Once my daughter is happy I'll cut the excess of of ours. I did have to fit another beam in the loft to fit it, but everything you need to fit it is supplied.
