Great deal - so far
Just had it less than a week, but comfortable and sharp looking. I especially like the lower back lumbar support. For the price I haven't found anything to beat it.Be advised on assembly: You will need an assistant to get enough pressure on the back/seat joint while you align the bolts through the holes. Also on the arms: the broad flat part goes in vertical on the *inside* of the arm frame, that screws in under the top, wide end to the back. With that, assembly is simple and quick. The padding is not the densest it could be; it may not be very durable or last a long time - I'll see. Will try to keep this review updated. The design is remarkably compact and small footprint without sacrificing comfort. The swivel is great for my room layout. But for the price, if I get two years or more out it, I figure I will has gotten the utility I paid for.****Update Nov 2020:Two years to the month later, and the chair is showing wear. The finish on the left arm inside is rubbing off and the the seat padding has compressed a lot; the lumbar support is gone. It is really not comfortable anymore. But for a high use chair of this type I am not surprised. Mechanically the frame and swivel are still fine. Now I got it here on sale for $196 so that's about $8/month so like I said above I got my money's worth. But I will not be replacing it with this model or at this price.

Nice chair for the price.
For the price this is a nice chair. The bonded leather fabric is soft and comfortable. It was relatively easy to assemble once we got the screws that attach the seat to the back aligned. Just a bit tricky. Being a plus sized gal (240 lbs and 5’5””) I was a bit concerned that it might be a snug fit-nope...plenty of room and very sturdy.

Buy your own hardware when assembling
Overall, this chair is pretty darn good. I find it to be supportive and other than some dirt on the chair when it arrived (I was able to clean it up with Armor-All leather cleaner) the chair was pretty straight forward to assemble. But with that said, there is something about Chinese steel that has me thinking it is made from Silly Putty or something close to it. The threads on the bolts strip way too easily and the threaded inserts are also very susceptible to stripping. So, when attaching the arms to the chair I used a little grease to get things started and too, have someone help you hold the arms in place so when you line up the bolts with the threaded inserts the bolts go in more easily and again, no stripping. When attaching the back of the chair to the seat cushion, I would recommend going out and getting some flange bolts and matching nuts and washers. Again, it will help to have someone assist you in holding and pushing the cushion in place so the holes on the brackets line up. The stock bolts are too short for the brackets do not line up for a quick assembly. With a flange bolt of 1.5 inches minimum and the washer and nut I was able to tighten / secure the back of the chair to the bottom cushion much better than if I had to rely on the supplied bolt and nut. This may sound a little confusing but if you order one of these chairs and then see the instructions once the chair is delivered, you will see what I am talking about and it all will become clear. You will silently in your head thank me for telling you to get the flange bolts...

This chair/ottoman arrived in good shape.
As soon as the chair arrived at our door by UPS, we began the assembly process. Step one was the hardest. We needed both of us to get the holes from the back and the seat to line up so that we could but the bolt through. Once that was done, the rest of the steps were fairly easy. The main concern we had was the "bonded leather" language in the description. We wouldn't expect a chair at this price to be 100% leather. This product is soft and smooth to the touch. It should be fairly easy to keep clean with a soft lint free cloth. We were looking for a chair that had a shorter sitting height than 19". This fits that need very nicely. The contours of the chair fit the body very well. The swivel feature works very smoothly. There is no assembly needed for that feature. The reclining feature also works quite well. Just pull out on the lever and use the body to move forward or recline. Quite smooth operation. The reclining feature does not need any assembly either. So far, so good. We're very satisfied with this purchase.

so far out of square
I bought one of these and my father bought one for me. The first one I opened the zipper on the back was broken so I packed it all back up which was not an easy feat. The second one was so out of square that I couldn't line up the brackets up to get the first bolts in so that was as far as I got...there is NO customer service information and although the instructions are in English they are basic and not really clear...very disappointed they look as though they would be very comfortable.

Not as plush as advertised
It looks nice but it's not as plush as advertised. I wish it had more padding.

Comfortable chair with a smart contemporary look
I love this chair! It is my personal chair for relaxing, watching TV, and reading. It matches my living room suite, perfectly. As an added bonus, I took a chance on new chair in a damaged box and got an outstanding value. It's not a recliner but it does recline just enough for a comfortable nap, if you fall asleep while reading etc.

Love them to pieces!
We bought two for our living room...we get our kids over and the guys are big. These were easy to put together, not a lot of pieces parts...got them around 2pm...finished them by 3:30, redid the room ~ and done! They are as comfortable and soft as the dickens, right color for our room...what can I say...great purchase and we both love them. ;-)
