I struggle with extremely high metabolism. I have gained about ten pounds using this product greatly happy with it. Will say I had to start with half a serving and still haven't quite been able to work my way up to a full serving. Definitely would recommend. Lil chalky and doesn't fully delump but it's good

Underwhelming Experience with GNC Pro Performance Bulk 1340
I recently tried GNC Pro Performance Bulk 1340 in Vanilla Ice Cream flavor, but I have to say, my experience was underwhelming. Although the 9 serving tub provides decent value for the price, the taste was not up to par with my expectations. The Vanilla Ice Cream flavor was bland and lacked the sweetness I was hoping for. In terms of effectiveness, I did not notice a significant difference in my muscle energy, recovery, or growth. I have used other protein powders before and I expected more from this product given its reputation. Overall, I would give the GNC Pro Performance Bulk 1340 a 2.5 out of 5 star rating. While the price point is reasonable, the lackluster taste and lack of noticeable results make it hard for me to recommend this product. There are other protein powders on the market with better taste and effectiveness that I would recommend over this one.
