Large Digital Wall Clock - Best Alarm Clock with Remote Control - 4" Digits LED Calendar and Temperature Clock

Great large clock, works great for my parents who need bigger number that are easy to read from anywhere in the room. The red on the black background works well & is a good contrast against their wall. The clock is also a matte finish, (not shinny finish like most clock) this is extra great to have in a bright room or near a window you will always be able to read the time no matter how bright.

If you follow the directions to a "T" for this unit, the prompts do not do what they are intended to do. Whether you attempt to set it via the remote or manually, it does not set the date, hour/minute nor date properly as it will toggle, hesitate or go backward, not allowing one to advance to the next step. I strongly recommend avoiding this product and company. When refunding the clock, company requires you to pay return postage, then when it is received, the company does not refund your full amount as stated, but deducts again a restock fee. Unfair, misleading policy.

What's good? The digits are tall enough for me to see without my glasses from across the room. If all you need is a bright, clear, easy-to-read display of the time, then this is a five-star device. If you want to use the alarm feature, it falls flat. Even if you're not changing the time of the alarm, you have to press five different buttons on the remote to turn the alarm on. From the dawn of alarm clocks, turning on the alarm has always been one button or switch. Other setting are equally clunky. One bright spot is the direct digital entry of certain settings: no need to click up or down to get to a number, just enter the number on the remote. I'm hoping to connect this big, beautiful display to a digital alarm clock that has convenient controls. It'll take a soldering iron and some luck.

We have several of the Big Time Clocks at our church. These things are GREAT! Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Alarm was too silent. I slept through it twice. Remote did not work well for setting, turning on and off alarm.

Big, easy to see, easy to set. Installed where I work - mounted nice and high waiting for 4:30 daily, lol.
