Exactly what I need - going to Lobster Fest! Ramekins are solid ceramic & heat thoroughly - no hot spots. The holders are sturdy and perfect height. (My older ones were tall enuf to singe eyebrows if not careful.). By the way, there are 4 (four) full sets not just pieces! Well packaged. Instructions are readable with out a magnifying 🔍! Sturdy in color paper instructions (which I keep - cuz you never know where your stuff ends up & with whom)

Use caution when reading the description. I thought I was purchasing butter warmers with utensils. Turns out, the utensils are NOT included in all packs. Read the description very closely. LOVE the burners. Love the size of the ramekins. Great product.

In order to fully appreciate THESE beauties, one must understand the archaic versions of old. We had a set like these way back in the day (ok, read about 25 years ago) because the novelty of having our very own butter warmers was heady. True, back then the Ramekins were the same (can one ever have too many of these all-purpose, oven-safe, dishes anyway???), but the real problems was everything below them. The old rickety wire stands could topple over if somebody let out one good sneeze, and the tea-light candles boiled the sweet buttery nectar above into rolling, volcano lava. Fast forward to this set here. One word SHOULD sum it up: WOW! But, no, there's more. Not only are the classic Ramekins still perfect, the real star of the show is the STURDY wire frame that now cradles the dish safely, without wobbles and the risk of setting your holiday table afire. As if that wasn't enough, there has been a tweak in the tea-light candle department as well-- a perfect distance from flame to dish that allows a loving, gentle caress, keeping the buttery goodness at jussssst the right temperature. Christmas Eve, as we bathed our giant chunks of King Crab in the creamy goodness, we heard Angels singing from on high. It truly was a Christmas Miracle! (Bottom line-- YES! Buy them. We will get 2more sets this year...as I see the the dream of melted, Grand Marnier infused chocolate for dipping. Heaven awaits!)

I bought 2 brands and this was the size I prefer. It's a bit larger that standard size and serves a crowd wonderfully. It looks just like the pictures and washes easily in the dishwasher. It melted butter quickly and kept it warm. Tealights are a perfect addition and included with the set. I'd definitely buy this set again.

Have used these pots now for melted butter for lobster and for fondue. The tea light candle melts butter beautifully. It also keeps butter or fondue nicely warm. When butter or fondue runs low in the bowl, the tea light can overheat the liquid but at that point we simply blow out the candle. I really like this solution. We each have our own dip and because we aren't sharing a central pot of dip, I think this must be more sanitary and provide less chance of spreading/sharing germs.

I had initially ordered these butter warmers for a gift but when they arrived I decided to keep them for myself they were so nice! Definitely better than I had thought from the advertisement, and better quality than the older ones I already had. Would recommend them even though they are a bit pricier than other models of butter warmers.
