Just what you'd expect from a Samsung, bought in 2018 and works just like new. Suffers from light glare and the remote tends to run on the slow side but nothing a Fire-Stick and some blackout curtains couldn't fix.

I love Samsung TVs. This is no exception - so far at least! It has all the smart TV apps you expect and works well / sounds good. However, I do have a complaint about the new set up process. It would not initially let me set up from the remote, but asked me to load the App on my phone first and then asked me to register with Samsung, which I didn't want to do. However, I gave in and registered to try and get the TV beyond the startup screen - it then started to do the setup through the home wi-fi...only to crash and tell me to try again...I did and then it told me the TV was already registered to a different account (fume!). ..At this point it allowed me to resume set up from the remote... but again you have to input your samsung account details (why do we HAVE to do this? I didn't have to register my new kettle before it would boil water?) Typing in the account details is tedious and tricky and if you get a digit wrong it wipes the lot so you have to start all over again (I was screaming after my third attempt!)...Fortunately my son has more patience and got me in and it's now working fine - No thanks to whoever designed the setup process.BTW If you are buying a wall bracket for a Samsung TV, you will probably find you need longer bolts than are supplied with many brackets. You need 8mm x45 mm bolts and do use the little spacer tubes that come with this TV for wall hanging.

This is replacing a 32'' Akura 1080p HD TV mainly because I wanted a TV with HDMI ARC. I have the 40'' version of this product and it is excellent for picture quality and even the internal speakers are decent and good enough to use on their own without having to use an external speaker. After calibrating the picture (I like to get the best I can out of a TV and follow calibration advice on the web - I go for a natural look and as close to 'real life' as possible rather than the zing of dynamic) it is even better with very natural colours and outstanding clarity and definition. It also supports Dolby Digital and Digital Plus and allows you to send either to a compatible soundbar or audio receiver in either bitstream of LPCM modes.My main gripe is with the WIFI which only supports 2.4ghz (for a 2018 TV I would expect dual frequency and include 5ghz) and I live in an area with about 10 - 12 other 2.4ghz WIFI signals all bouncing around and overlapping - fine for normal web browsing but not so good for video streaming. The smart hub feature is pretty much useless to me as there is just too much buffering when watching either the iPlayer or Amazon Prime videos. Luckily I have a Fire Stick which I prefer to use for streaming. I have removed all the apps from being shown in the Smart Hub and made sure the it doesn't keep popping up every time I turn the TV on.

The media could not be loaded.  Great product. No problems so far. Got it to replace a tcl 4k model. Much better quality imo.Timely delivery and great service from Amazon with it. Had a different model of Samsung 32" FHD before so expectations were high.Pros:Good build quality and nice, clean design.Cable management is a bonus and works well.Great image quality. Colours pop, images are nice and sharp even in full HD and Motion blurbis well controlled.Gaming input is good for fast paced games and no apparent lag or blur. Dedicated gameode makes things easier.Great sound. Has a decent low end with good clarity and more than decent volume levels for a small to medium room. Surround works fine as well.Smart functionality is good with all the major apps supported.Netflix and Amazon prime video work great in 4k and deliver very good quality.Menu is easy enough to navigate with decent amount of options.Pleanty of connections and works well with both wired and wireless connection.Cons:Viewing angles not the best, this is a va panel.Sounds is good but still lacks the power of a subwoofer fit truly great.Panels is edgelit so slight light bleed is visible in very dark scenes at night. This is barely noticeable but having had this issue with my previous TV made more picky attentive to this.Screen is not the brightest so expect some slight reflexion in bright light. This is not a problem of you view the TV straight but at a slight angle it may start to become visible.The motion control can be a bit aggressive. Great if you're into soap opera effect. Not really a conversation but worth keeping in mind.No aux so limits some connectivity options.The mobile app needs a bit a tweek. You have to be connected on both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to make it work.Overall this is a great entry level TV if you want to move to 4K UHD. Price for this TV is in line with the quality provided.

Nice tv; very slim and light weight. Easy to set up, especially if you have a Samsung account already. Only flaw I have noticed is the tv asks for my region every time I turn it on even though it's already set.Depending on the source the black levels are variable (can be more on streaming or digital only files-I compared the digitial version of Infinity War with the Blu ray, with Blu ray coming out much better with the darker tones). The sound is a little hollow/ tinny but even a cheap sound bar can boost quite easily (just change your sound output to PCM). Remote is easy to use and you'll really get the most out of this if you already Netflix, Amazon prime and Youtube accounts. Apps appear to be a bit thin on the ground unless I'm missing out on some kind of google play store index. Decent smart features but as with 99% of smart tvs nothing that you wouldn't just expect-especially if you already have Sky tv. In summary, decent Tv-baragin at the price and buying on here with Prime delivery (next day) will save you another £20 on the closet cost comparison.
