Top Performance Kahuna Superior Massage Chair with SL-Track 6 Rollers - SM-7300S (Black)

First off, I am not a paid spokesperson by Kahuna. Overall this is a great massage chair, if I could I would give it a 4.5/5. I have had two different massage brand chairs so far and this is by far the best one I have owned. I selected this chair over the 7300 and 6800 series as it has the most updated software, better zero gravity setting and offers the additional calf/leg heating functions. Some other reviews have had issues with speakers and the body scanner which I would also find aggravating, but I have had no issues with regard to quality control or assembly.ProsEasy to setup and install myself, with some 12 yr old help. The hardest part was getting a zipper started on the lower seat cushion.Very comfortable chair to sit in. The synthetic leather is nice and looks like a quality piece of furniture.Several multi-functions, preset massages and stretching programs preloaded. Coupled with the back and leg heating, it really helps loosen muscles and relieve pains. You can make a program last up to 60 minutes if you want.6 roller S-L track. Massages all the way from the middle of the thighs/buttocks up to the base of your skull. Very accurate between different body types. I am 6'1" 185lbs and my wife is 5'2" around 115lbs and works well for both of us.Hip airbags do a nice job of holding you in place for lower back and butt massages or stretching programs. The air bags also help in sliding your hips side to side for greater coverage over your entire lower back.ConsRemote +/- Allows you change intensity, location and duration of the massage but it resets back to default at shut-off. It takes about 30 seconds of 20 clicks or so on the remote to customize the program to your liking prior to each massage. At least it is customizable. Just wish you could save your own settings or change the default somehow. (Hopefully they release an iOS/Android bluetooth version of the remote with these options!)Foot Massage- The foot rollers are amazing on it but my wife and I feel the air bags on the feet squeeze way too hard for the normal setting. So hard sometimes that my feet would be forced off the massage rollers. We both always turn them down to the lowest intensity prior to starting the program of our choosing. In this setting it works great.When the massage is finished the chair leaves you reclined in zero gravity position and you have to manually move the chair back down to standard seating position yourself. It would be nice if the chair just returned to the standard sitting position at the end of the massage.This is really and great chair for the money and the few issues I have with it pale in comparison to my overall satisfaction with the product. I use this nightly and it has really helped with my lower back and neck pain. Bottom line, I would buy this chair again knowing what I know about it. If they fixed the above minor issues, this chair would be downright perfect.

I would give this product zero stars if I could. We waited weeks for this chair to be delivered, which was fine because we knew that going in. Then it worked for 2 WEEKS before the motor that puts it into zero gravity made a grinding noise and quit moving. We had already registered the chair warranty so we immediately emailed the company. The customer service representative quickly emailed us back and called us. Red flag #1, they wanted to send us a new motor for MY HUSBAND to install (WHAT?!) and clearly had no company that could come look and repair it. We said no to that, because not only was my husband not really comfortable with that but I was afraid that would void our warranty going forward. Instead, they say they will send us an entirely new main part of the chair (the seat/upper portion that is all one part) and we will need to remove the sides and legs part before delivery of the replacement piece and put it back together (Red flag #2- considering the fact we only had the chair for 2 weeks before it broke and we already went through the work of putting the chair together once, but ok, whatever. We just want the chair to work properly!) Our customer service representative says we should hear from the delivery company in about a weeks time. Red Flag #3- 2 weeks go by and not a word: not emails, no calls. I email the rep about this. He says there was some miscommunication between them and the freight company and that they will rush it. Red Flag #4- My husband receives a message from the company through amazon and an email that the number isn’t working that they had been trying to contact us. Well, the number hasn’t changed and there were NO voicemails from any delivery company, but we respond via the email and respond through amazon for good measure as well, with my phone number to try. We hear nothing for a couple of days, so I email the customer service rep with what was going on and to try my number. Red flag #5- Here we are ANOTHER week has gone by and still NOTHING- not a word: email or phone call!! RIDICULOUS!! 😖

This chair can roll with the 6k + chairs. Only negative I would have is needs more padding for back and feet. The air bags are very strongI love that but sombody that may not like a tight grip on there body may not.Another thing you cant do is turn down the intensely for just your feet. But I really cant find anything wrong with this chair. I am very happy with it and i am a 6,3 240lb I fit very well.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  It was easy to unpack and setup with the instructions provided and youtube videos. Unfortunately the chair makes a constant buzzing sound which seems to come from the air compressor which really disturbs my experience. I understand that the massage chairs aren't completely silent and there is some noise comong out from the different moving parts but I've tried other massage chair and haven't perceived this constant noise. I might have to return it.

my only complaint is my wife and 4 kids are always in it, so I have to wait my turn. far exceeded our expectations and have used it everyday since we got it.Wish I had paid for the installation as putting it together was not very easy (But I am also not inclined to assembly either, probably not that bad for the more handy) The You tube installation video did help quite a bit, but was also not comprehensive enough.size is big enough for me at 6-1 225, but also fine for our 5ft 100lb 13 year old too.

Heavy to move around even in separate part before set up, use a helper.Took me about 2hr to set up, not difficult (I am an auto mechanics)Use of it, very happy about our purchase, it is at first surprising but your body get used to it very rapidly, the foot massage is very good, those that complain about it are not being truthful, it is not a seat for watching TV but listening to your music is more appropriate, not made to sit in without using it as a massage chair!The extra pads goes in between the back and the top mattress before zipping it all together and in the foot well. My wife as approved it ...everyday! Other than that I should have bought this a long time ago, instead of masseur appointment RV and claim with the insurance etc, Thanks Kahuna Cheers

Had a issue but called the company and working for a manufacturer things happen during production so we resolved the issue and fingers crossed... when it works it’s awesome
