For the price these are pretty good. Sure, not much bass, but you can hear that it's there. Can't expect too much from such a tiny speaker, at this price point. I have them mounted under the eaves of my detached garage in the back yard. They are pretty loud too. I have them as the B speakers on my garage stereo and they seem louder than my vintage Bose 101 speakers I have inside the garage. I kind of have to monitor the level to make sure it's not too loud to disturb the neighbors. Still haven't found a use for the 2nd pair yet. Good overall value.
