These are awesome! Perfect fit for the balls of my feet in my heels at work or going out. The heel cuff is nice to wear for added support in my Converse with jeans to cover the top part.

These are eally comfortable and they helped the pain that heels cause me. They're the most comfortable inserts I've found and they stay in place.

I got these as a gift and I am told they are super soft and disperse the pressure from walking on the pressure points in your feet for all day standing or moving. The recipient is very happy and hasn’t even used all the sets yet!

These seem to only be wearable with no shoes. The silicone is so stretchy that putting a shoe on makes it stretch out of shape.
