Lovely trendy radiators we bought 2 but we found one to be a bit too big for the space allocated.We returned one and ordered the next size down. The seller was very helpful and was prompt with refunding.

Very good radiator.

Order place Aug 2021.Installed Nov 2021.Noticed rusting Feb 2023.So just over 1 year of usage. Contacted seller but no joy. To have rust in such a short time frame is pretty poor! Takes a lot to write a negative feedback but I always look at feed back when buying so hope this helps a potential buyer!Not saying every item will fail but if the rad does have issues then good luck with the customer service.BTW One customer did respond with rusting issues and bad customer service. I should have taken that on board and avoided!!!

We had to get a gas engineer to install our towel rail because the pipes needed soldering and connecting properly. We love the flat bars, it's great for hanging towels. Ours is positioned in the middle of the wall and we can hang two large bath towels on it.

I love the look of this radiator! It’s the perfect sizing for my smallish bathroom. I thought for the price this was a really good buy, the only negative I’ve spotted so far is even letting all the air out of the radiator (I even did this myself, because I wasn’t sure if the plumber had done it long enough) however the top was still feeling colder than the base of the radiator .... maybe a design floor. I haven’t checked other feedback to see if they had a similar issue. Maybe it’s my house.

This was purchased for a small ensuite bathroom. It was test fitted as the ensuite is being refurbished.The only problem I have with this radiator is that there are no fitting guidelines. Yes, the instructions do cover how to mount if on the wall but of does not give any measurements. The is no diagram showing how far apart the mounting holes should be.Ideally this should come with a template that can be placed on the wall as a guide.Otherwise, i have still to connect this up once the work is complete.

AMAZING SELLER!! I bought this in December 2019 & didn't get a gas fitter till 3 weeks ago due to illness & shielding, was given wrong measurements by a plumber & rail was too small, TG OUTLET exchanged with no problems, communication was fantastic, service is outstanding, their prices are second to none, I would definitely recommend this company, its certainly going to be my first choice from now on, 5 stars all the way, thank you so much TG OUTLET, you have been absolutely brilliant, the towel rail was exactly what I wanted
