I can't give this any stars whatsoever. It is NOT a 5500mw laser by any stretch of the imagination. Several attempts to contact the manufacturer have failed and I have no recourse for my to get a resolution. under no circumstances do you buy one of these from this company. Might as well throw your money away.

The machine has been good.The instructions weren’t very clear initially, but it was okay once you search through the folders and locate which machine you’re building as there is a bunch of various manuals.Also I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the fact that the laser lists that I can engrave into steel. This is on the final image on the listing.It cannot do this.

The instructions to assemble and use were totally inadequate. Do not believe this is a quick and easy assembly. If you do reach the point of trying to use it, don’t be surprised at is poor quality, difficult to programme or if the laser beam fails to function.No score and would recommend you to stay clear! On the bright side, I purchased mine via Amazon who have been extremely helpful in making a refund for this very dodgy machine!
