I really like the floss on a whole and best of all it is bio degradable. The good comes with some bad or not so good. The new flosses out there is so waxy and I really am not a fan of all all of it. this feels more like your old school floss and I feel like it is better at getting in there and cleaning, but I have no science to back that up. So I like that. However the bad. Yes the glass jar feels thin and although I haven't broken it yet it is concerning as some have noted in the reviews. Second, yes as other reviews have noted this floss has a tendency to fraying and then breaking but I learned to avoid that by moving the floss with more care and on those tight fitting teeth where it tends to break I move the floss to a fresh spot on the floss between teeth. That pretty much eliminated breaking the floss. This was my first purchase of silk floss, so I tried a different brand with my second purchase. I tried Wowe and honestly I have NO issues with breaking floss now and I am not being gentle. Secondly they provide a stainless steel container which resolves the concern of breaking the glass one. Not trying to sell one over the other but assuming that Wowe is as advertised (made of silk) then they have resolved the issues.

I've seen some other reviews saying this floss breaks easily, so I was hesitant to purchase it initially, but I tried it because I didn't want to keep using brands like Glide after learning that they all use PFAS chemicals. This product doesn't use those PFAS chemicals so it's safe and it's non-toxic. I've been using this floss for a little over a month now and it's just as strong as regular floss. It hasn't broken apart for me in all the times I've used it, so as long as you know how to use floss it works fine. My teeth are also close together with narrow gaps, and, although this floss is a bit thicker than brands like glide, it still fits between my teeth and the extra thickness feels like it does a much better job at cleaning.

I use tape floss usually because most string floss breaks in my teeth or gets stuck and I can't get it out. I decided to try this because I'm tired of all the plastic! I want to find alternatives to all the trash we're putting in the landfill. The glass bottle is adorable. The box it comes in is also biodegradable and I put it straight into the compost! Yay! I've used the floss for a couple of nights now and because it's silk, it can break if you don't use it properly. The way I make sure it doesn't break on me is by moving along the string every couple of teeth so I'm not using the same spot on the floss. This makes it so you're way less likely to get a breakage. I have a number of teeth that are pretty tight, thus why I've used the tape floss for so long. I didn't have too much trouble with this on my tight teeth and the bonus is this floss gets way more out from between your teeth than the tape floss does! I'm very happy with this floss. All floss can break and fray if you're sawing away in the same spot with your teeth! Just vary the spot on the string as you floss and you'll be good. In addition, you'll have a cute little glass bottle that you can refill and no more plastic in the landfill!

YUCK. This stuff breaks all the time. AWFUL. DO NOT BUY

This floss is excellent in cleaning the spaces between my teeth. It visibly removes plaque buildup. I do need to use a rather long string for my entire mouth, but well worth it to keep my gums healthy and reduce any plaque. For me, this is better than any ribbon floss I have used.

I really wanted to like this floss so I could stop using plastic, but as was the case for many other users, it snagged between my teeth, frayed, and broke any time I tried to use it. I don't know how other people with tight teeth - and mine aren't particularly tight - manage to make this work. Whether any other brand of non-plastic floss would work better for me I don't know, but I'm unlikely to try others since they're rather pricey for just experimenting.

Creí que por ser un producto natural, iba a ser de baja calidad pero todo lo contrario. El contenedor es bonito y pequeño, permite llevarlo a todos lados. Y lo mejor es que se degrada con el tiempo.
