Silicone Pastry Mat Baking Mat for Rolling Dough with Measurement Non Stick Fondant Mat

This does wash great and folds up nice but that’s because it’s small. Color blue I really prefer white. I’ve rolled cookie dough on it and it was fine and rolled fondant it was ok.

Needed to replace a 25+ year old one I purchased at a Tupperware Party with friends. There was nothing wrong with it, but I needed an upgrade.I saw this new silicon one and thought it might be just a perfect fit for my pie crusts, pizza dough and others. I was correct! I love my purchase!

When I was needing the dough it kept on slipping and bunching up on me I didn't like that.

Ordered three of these in preparation of our annual cookie making day. These were perfect...easy to use, easy to clean and most importantly, easy to store for next year!! Mats were used numerous times over the holiday season, and worked well. We even used butter knives to slice through the rugelach cookie dough to make wedges, and there were no marks on the mats at all!

Love it. Always use it when making something from the dough. Easy clean up.

Doesn't slip when rolling out dough. I have only used it twice but I think it my be hard to keep clean

It is flimsier and smaller than I expected so check measurements. Doesn’t feel as substantial.

Tappetino in silicone ideale come piano x stendere impasti fare dolci. Arrivato nei tempi previsti giuste dimensioni ottimo materiale e bello anche il colore. È comodo facile da pulire e da riporre. L ho utilizzato subito e ne sono rimasta soddisfatta tanto da ricomprarne un altro da regalare ad un amica. Consigliato perché aderisce al piano e non si muove durante il lavoro. Ottimo perché permette di eliminare l ingombrante piano in legno

Fantastico!! Ottima aderenza al piano e la pasta non si attacca al tappetino facendoti risparmiare tantissimo tempo nella preparazione di biscotti e ciambelle. Consiglio l’acquisto senza pensarci due volte.

I bake a lot so this mat gets lots of use for rolling and kneading dough. The printing doesn't fade after cleaning, so that's good. You have to be careful when using baking utensils such as a bench cutter because the mat cuts and tears easily. It's a little sticky after cleaning so I use a piece of parchment or tissue paper on top of it and roll it up for storage when not in use. I'm not sure about the heat resistance. It feels a little too plastic-like so I haven't tested the mat with heat.

Mi aspettavo un po' di più sinceramente.Il tappetino è anche abbastanza stabile,ma solo per impasti di piccola quantità,massimo 500g.Inoltre l'impasto aderisce un po' troppo,non sostituisce minimamente una superficie idonea come il marmo o legno trattato!

Buon piano di lavoro in silicone. Aderisce perfettamente al tavolo ed è possibile impastare anche piuttosto energicamente. Non lo consiglio per lavorare la pizza a mani nude, poichè l'impasto non scorrerebbe. Al contrario se lavarata col mattarello la massa può esser stesa facilmente. Il tappetino risulta ottimo per impasti per pasta e per dolci.
