Nice appearance, great sound, plays scratched records
Was dying to play vinyl records I have been saving since the 80's. Not only does it play every vinyl record perfect, it even played perfect over some scratched records, a couple of dents in one record, and one actual record that had a crack in the middle (records are all over 35 years old after all) Absolutely amazing. The crackling noise as the record plays really brings back what this music really sounded like on vinyl. The only drawback is no USB and no remote. Have to constantly get up to change the record. Just like the old days.

Very pleased with being able to play my records on a machine that looks nice and sounds good.
I am happy with all the features of radio, turntable, Bluetooth, cd and cassette. I like the compact size and it looks nice. It does not have AM radio only FM. The Bluetooth works very easy and I use that a lot. Turntable cannot stack records for playing but it is not a problem for me. I am very happy with this purchase and have recommended it to my friends.

Great sound, charming style!
Great record player. Love the charm and style it adds to our living room! Sounds great and I love that this unit has blue tooth capabilities for playing songs from my phone! All in all a great purchase!

It's a great gift and nostalgic reminder of 'ol good times.
It's a perfect addition to my café room among other retro furniture. Improving sound quality would also increase the price and I personally wouldn't mind paying more at all. Don't get me wrong, sound isn't bad at all.All features work as intended however, I don't have any magnetic tapes so I couldn't test that one.Also, I'm surprised that AM radio isn't included since this is a retro/modern device. FM radio works fine.Never had any issues with Bluetooth devices as well.

Purchased this for an Ice Cream Parlor
I work in an Assisted Living Community and wanted to buy this for our residents - They Love it - It looks vintage but has the technology too allow for me to stream Apple Music of all kinds on it - Great Activity is having any person think of Any song that they love and then playing it for them via apple music directly to the vintage looking record player - Its sounds great, it looks great and I am VERY pleased with it!!Chris

Shop in store—don’t have to wait 10 days for refund for a defective product sold to you
Very disappointed to find out upon opening presents for Christmas that the product was defective. The dial lit up but nothing else worked. Display was dead, no sound, turntable would not turn, radio wouldn’t work, etc. I shipped the defective product back and they received the return on December 27. Frustrated further because I am out the $160 for this defective product and am being told I want receive a refund until January 7! They have the defective product back and my $160. It should not take 10 days for my refund to be processed back to me. Starting to find that it is better and better to shop in person in stores rather than online.
