It’s account copy
It works, but it’s the accountant copy not the desktop version. Disappointed, contacted seller agreed to refund some of my money, but still waiting. This was not what it was advertised to be.

Very helpful
I was having problems installing the software (problems on my end) on my computer and they were very helpful. They spent an entire week emailing back and forth to help me to finally get it installed. Definitely an A+ for customer service.
