ProBake PB45 Teflon Xtra Non-Stick Pizza Pan, 12", Black

I've had this pan for 5 years and have made at least 100 frozen pizzas on it. The non-stick surface has held up well and is easy to clean, often only needing to be wiped with a paper towel and a little water. It has only showed a little wear on the bottom and edges from hitting on the oven racks. I always defrost the pizza before putting it on the pan and get a tasty pizza cooked in about 10 minutes at 450 degrees. The pan is exactly 12" edge to edge with a shallow rise at the edge, which makes sliding the pizza off easy. The standard 12" frozen pizza sits on this pan right to edge. Other pans I looked at were listed as 12" pans (the inside dimension) but were about 13" edge to edge and as a result would not fit in my toaster oven, this is something to consider when buying a pizza pan. When I need a new pan, this will be the one I buy again without a doubt.When I need a new pizza pan, this will be the one I buy again.

Good quality- easy to use & clean

I bought this because my current pan was a pain to clean off pizza as it always stuck in many places and the cheese was no fun. This pan is nice and rigid and nothing sticks in fact it is so slick that now I have to hold the pizza still so I can cut it with the roller. yep even with a roller the pizza wont sit still. There is never any food stuck to the pan at all. I cut the pizza and slid it into my plate. even where the pizza was cut and toppings touch the pan it still has never had any mess on the pan afterwards. I wished I had bought this pan long ago

Recently purchased a toaster oven that said it fit a 12-inch pizza so was eager to try my options.Since the directions stated not to put pizzas directly on the rack, I searched for a pizza pan that had no handles so it would fit inside the oven.Worked good on center rack after turning pizza mid-way through to brown it evenly and it cooked well with no sticking! (Frozen pizza) Will use a bit of oil for homemade dough though as I always have.The only flaw I see is that it has a slight lip that's curled under and isn't sealed around bottom of pan.When I washed it in the sink, I noticed water had collected inside that area and it can't be dried with a towel, so it has to air dry/ drip dry. It took a while for all the water to totally evaporate and dry up so I can see there may be an issue with rust over time due to the constant water inside that area!I may just try to wash and rinse top only from now on to prevent that and just wipe the bottom clean with a damp cloth.Other than this small design flaw I really like how this pan cooks in my toaster oven and will be purchasing again in the future!

I needed a nonstick pizza pan for use in my new toaster oven. It makes me wonder why oven manufacturers who tout the fact that their product will accept a 12" pizza don't supply a decent pan for you to do so ( my last oven came with one that was the thickness of a piece of paper and needed to have the food scraped off afterwards). In searching locally for this small size, I came across several that were 12" on the center cooking surface, but then had an additional 1/2" or so lip along the outer edge, ultimately making them too wide to fit. This one actually does fit toaster ovens with personal pizza capacity, is very solid, and looks nice even if brought to the table. The nonstick is great and I use it for many other things as well, such as cooking up trays of snacks over the holidays or just heating up small batches of things for my husband and I for dinner, therefore I'm ordering 2 more - an extra for me and one for my daughter who has the same oven. They clean up extremely easily and will stack very compactly. This, for me, is also a sensible purchase because it should save me lots of money and time in the end. I'll no longer have to line my pans with foil and then use cooking spray beforehand, and with the price of aluminum foil these days, the pans should quickly pay for themselves. Very happy with the performance of this sturdy product so far and I'm delighted to find that they're even cheaper this time around.A previous reviewer is correct, however, in that the enclosed literature advises not to use sharp instruments on the surface. This doesn't worry me, however, because I don't plan to cut anything on it anyway, but it's just important to know before purchasing.

I am so delighted with this pan! I use it nearly every day, and it hasn't failed me yet. Food never sticks and it washes easily and is ready for the next use. I do believe it will last for years. I couldn't be more pleased!

Hubby bought a couple of these for our Breville toaster convection oven as the old ones aren't doing the job as well. We don't use our oven, we do all our baking, toasting and reheating in the Breville. Cheap electrical rates in this area but HIGH gas rates (yes, PG&E thievery as they've done for years), so we don't use our oven and avoid using the stove top except when necessary. Still get all the family favorites cooked, easy clean up, etc. These pans are very well made, heavy, the non stick surface is very good. An exceptional value! Love those pans.

I have now been using this pizza pan for over 2 years, and it still looks like new. My lactose free pizzas easily slide off the pan onto the cutting board. It fits in my convection toaster oven with a bit of room to spare. Cleans up easily with no effort. Highly recommend.

I had a cheap non stick pan that made great crusts on my pizzas, but it was starting to flake and rust. So I bought this one as it had a lot of good reviews. Same pizza recipe, same time/temp in oven. Toppings would be cooked at the same level as before, yet every time with this new pan the base doesn't cook through or crisp up and stays a little doughy. I've tried cooking hotter and faster, and cooler and slower, and still can't get the dough cooked through.

We need to replace the old plate in our toaster oven. Found these on Amazon and they do the job perfectly.

Si acaso y es propenso a rallarse la verdad es que si se tiene cuidado con las cosas, así como con cualquier cosa, su durabilidad es muy alta.No tuvo ni un sólo problema a lo largo del tiempo que lo usé. Sólo una vez se me resbaló y quedó con una mini abolladura que no afectó en nada, y se ralló en el momento en el que lo guardé (porque ya no lo uso) debajo de muchas cacerolas y otras cosas. Su recubrimiento muy bueno, jamás se le quedó pegado nada permanente, y era ultra fácil de limpiar.No puedo decir nada más. Sin duda valió lo que pagué.Si llego a necesitar otro, sin duda lo volvería a comprar por su precio y calidad.
