I love this color and mostly everything about this lipstick
I love this color and mostly everything about this lipstick. Just beware it does come off easier than the liquid to matte but i think thats expected with this creamier formula. The color is very on point in comparison to the picture just a little more lavendar undertones which i love! but if you want the gloss finish please please use a clear gloss and it'll look kick ass. I got so many compliments on it and its better as a glossy lippie than a semi matte finish just by it self. I cant get enough of these lippies!!! Just bought the tea cup in velvetines, will let you know how that goes when I swatch it!

pretty great
lime crime gets a lot of mixed reviews, so I wasn't sure if I should buy it but I finally decided to try it for myself. the color is absolutely beautiful, I got a bunch of compliments on it. however, in the first day it broke at the base. it's not a huge problem, as that happens with many lipsticks and you just need to be a bit more careful when applying it. besides that, it's a great product. the price is a little much, but I'd say it was worth it. I'd recommend it.

I love the color
I love the color, texture, and smell of the lipstick but the lipstick goes back down in the tube when I apply the color soooo irritating

Luscious Lilac
This lipstick glides on your lips and is so creamy. It is long lasting and easy to apply. Up close, the color is the most luscious lilac you have ever seen, but far away I feel like it makes me look like a washed out zombie. The lipstick does not go well with my skin tone. I feel like this is a fun color to experiment with but I wouldn't use it for an everyday look.

Beautiful Color
Buyers beware: this color can make your teeth appear dark yellow and dull, if they are not perfectly white.Other than that, it is a beautiful color; not something I would typically wear on my lips but hey, I go a little crazy sometimes. Needless to say, this color does not blend in with your lip color which means one has to go apply very thoroughly. (it looks kind of funny when I pucker my lips)

one coat provides excellent coverage and lasts for a while
The lipstick is very pigmented, one coat provides excellent coverage and lasts for a while, although it is not as long-lasting as some other lipsticks. Unfortunately, the color looks a little too blue on me so I have to mix it with a pink lipstick to give it a warmer, more pleasant shade. I will be looking into their other lipstick shades as I really like the quality.

Not worth 17 bucks.
After purchasing this lipstick I did some research on the company and it turns out there is some controversy that Lime Crime repackages their stuff. Knowing that I wouldn't have purchased this in the first place, but I'll put it aside and just rate the product on it's own merit. This lipstick goes on creamy but too creamy. To get it opaque you have to put quite a few layers on, and quite frankly, it looks pretty gross, like spackle on your mouth. The staying power is also not good; it will not stay put. I find I like it better dabbed on with some gloss over it; not completely opaque. It's much much more attractive.Just not worth 17 bucks. It reminds me of dollar store costume lipstick.

Wow
I don't know how this happened, or if it was a mistake, but they sent me a sample perfume- ck one SHOCK by Calvin Klein- and a softlips clear lip balm. I absolutely love the perfume-a classic floral scent but not too overpowering and with a vanilla undertone. The lip balm I have tried before, and it goes on as smooth as the lipstick. It smells faintly of strawberries, and moisturizes the lips like heaven. My lips are now silky smooth. Now, onto the lipstick. It it vibrant and beautiful, and smoothly opaque. It smells like vanilla extract, and has no taste. I absolutely love the packaging.
