What size are the drill bits please? Will they be small enough for beads?

There is a pilot drill bit included, however whilst the Rotary tool is brilliant, the accessories included aren’t very good quality. If you already have a suitable drill bit you can you it, or buy the size you want from a hardware store.

Can you use an attachment suck as a hole saw on it?

As long as your hole saw's diameter is within 3.2mm you can use it.
