Great product but I dinged the review one star because it took FOREVER to receive....

Great Protein Pick-Me-Up
This packs a lot of protein and flavor into each scoop without adding a lot of sugar. It dissolves easily so it produces a smooth shake, but you need a decent shaker bottle or mixer to get that texture.

The Isopure Zero carb is better
I bought this and I thought it was OK. There wasn't enough protein in it for me for the calorie count. I ordered next the Colombian Coffee flavor of the powder and THAT is much better! That one has more protein for the calorie count.This had a bitter taste that I could never grow to love. I mixed milk and other syrups with it but I didn't like it.
