Conair Heat Massaging Seat Cushion for Home/Office, Upper and Lower Back Massage with Heat Control

I've owned many vibration massage cushions and this is one of the better ones that I've tried. The vibration provides a good distraction for the pain and it makes it much easier for me to avoid using OTC or Rx medications. This model has three levels of massage and it provides soothing relief for my issues with both low back pain or muscle tension higher along my back. It also has a heat function but my chiropractor recommends ice only for that area of my back so I have not tested that function of this cushion. I like that this model does not feature an auto shutoff which many of these cushions these day do tend to have that oh-so-annoying "feature"; I can control exactly how long I want a session to last. One small quibble with this unit is that it is kind of noisy. The vibration at its highest is stronger than any I've tried so I guess the noise is an acceptable trade off. Since this is a new item for me I can't comment on longevity/durability but there is a limited manufacturer's warranty in place. At this time I consider this a five star product but I'll update this review accordingly if any negative issues should develop over time. Pleased with this purchase and recommended.

I got this right before I went away on a craft retreat. I thought it might be relaxing after a day of sitting. The massaging motion was nice, not to hard and did make my back feel better. My friend says one she (another brand) has is uncomfortable when not in use because the balls poke you in the back, but not this one. The heating part wasn't as warm as I thought it might be, but I really didn't play with that part and it was a super cold day so it might have altered my perception of the heat. I didn't get much in it because my friends all thought it was great and were using it. Overall I am happy with it.

This item is a replacement for my Homedics which wore out and I could not find again. The price is significantly higher than the sale price I would pay for the Homedics but I found no other reasonably priced option. I was very pleased with the massage and heating experience of this product. The remote, which my Homedics did not include, makes it very easy and accessible to operate. The only negative is--and the reason I only gave it 4 stars--the massaging action is stronger than is comfortable for me. To adapt, I put a throw between me and the cushion. Time will tell as to how durable it is.

I bought this item for my cold office. I am currently using a heating pad to stay warm and thought this would look more professional, as well as provide greater heat. I was disappointed by the heat feature. I could barely feel the heat. I thought the heat would be through the whole upper back of the pad but it is really only a 4x6 heating square. I do have to say that the massage feature works very well. The noise from it is what I would expect from the prize of the item. If you are looking for a massaging feature with the benefit of a bit of heat, this will work for you but if you are looking for heat, this will not do. The bottom pad where you sit has no massage/heat feature. I will be returning this item as my heating pad provides greater warmth.

I ordered Monday and received it today, Wednesday. I'm sitting on it with my tablet and gosh, does it feel great! It's 3 F outside and yeah, the heat is on! I'm 51 years old and I worked 30 years standing up and lifting. I started working in transportation 2 years ago and instead of back pain (I have arthritis and a slipped disk in my spine) now, I started to have pelvic pain. It's all connected so, 5 hours of riding a truck and my hip hurts...the cold isn't helping. I came home at 3 pm and grabbed my package...just plugged it with the heat and fell asleep in my chair. I woke up and the pain was gone. We always go for analgesics when we hurt but it's not good for the stomach. If this cushion can ease my pain and activate my circulation, it is worth the money, really! Now, I will put on my headphones to listen to some relaxation music..,If it breaks in a week or a month, I will update my review. I recommend it for all hard workers!

I was really expecting something larger. I suppose I should have measured the Conair massager I have for my home which my husband and I both love. It was much bigger and had a seat upper leg message too. Also, the one pictured is not what I got. It has two buttons on top with a heat button on the bottom. I bought this for my work chair at work. I could barely get it on the chair and it is so short in the back and butt area. I was expecting better quality since my older Conair at home was made so well. I can not even find the older model anymore it actually worked as a hand held massage too and I love that feature to get some knots out at times. I sure hope is does not go out. With all that said, I do get comfort from the chair massager. It is soft and I like the gentle massage. I just wish the size was bigger for my upper back and neck area - where I hurt often. This one goes only to the lower shoulder blade. It maybe how I've had to put on my chair but I don't think so. I'm doubting at all that it would go in my leather recliner at home. The straps to hold the massager up is sewed in and not adjustable. If it will fit in your chair, it is a good economical way to go. I think it really works well with my lower back to shoulder blade area.

you will probably benefit from this. It is my go to for an achy lower back. Some Tylenol or Ibuprofen and 30 minutes with the heat and lower massage on and I'm ready to go again. No the pain meds do not work as well alone for me. I use it every time I sit down in my chair during the day. It has worked so well for me that I ordered one for my sister and my parents. One thing I did do was wrap it around a pillow. I always need a pillow in the recliner to sit comfortably, so this is not an issue for me. It does make a vibration sound with the massage on but it is not overly loud or annoying, I highly recommend this product. Update 2-16-22: This item would benefit from a 1 hour auto off. I have gotten up several times in the morning only to find I've left it on all night. That's the only down side I see for this product at this price point.

This chair is fantastic and for me was a bun saver. Long story short, I work in an older building where it gets drafty and we can't use space heaters because they do something to the circuitry and knock out the internet and even the plugs sometimes. No one knows why. Also for some reason my office is about 5 or so degrees colder than anyone else's office. Go figure. I was getting tired of being miserably cold when I came across this very fairly priced product. While it's advertised as a massage chair it was the "heated that got my attention". I bought it and I can say I'm cold no more and the plug doesn't cause any electric problems! It keeps my more warm so much that I often don't want to get up because I'm so comfortable! The massage part also works well. I am shorter so the locations don't exactly fall where they are supposed to but that's nothing wrong with the product. Sometimes coworkers like to come in on lunch and enjoy the relaxation. Excellent product!

Fué un regalo para mis padres, no le preste atención al principio, pero después de probarlo, realmente te masajea y relaja, tenía un dolor en la cadera , lo usé a media intensidad y con la temperatura encendida y me lo quito en dos días de usarlo por 20 minutos diarios. 05/06/2020 Aún sigue funcionando como el primer día , las personas que hacen una mala reseña supongo esperan un sillón de piel de masajes por $800 pesos;el producto es bueno y cumple con su función ,la vibración es uniforme y agradable al igual que el calor que da en la espalda.

Este aparato funciona muy bien si donde lo vas a colocar es cómodo de por sí. El masaje es bueno aunque solo sea por vibración. En general no aprecio mucho el calor, pero supongo que está bien pues mucho calor puede hacer mal en algunos órganos si se pasa mucho tiempo, el instructivo recomienda masajes de hasta 20 minutos por lo mismo. Yo lo coloque en un sillón de oficina y me va muy bien.
