Saw worked well until chain jumped guide channel. Had to do some repair but now working ok. With full extension it is a bit on the heavy side but it is better than climbing a ladder with a short and very dangerous chain whirling around. Also be aware the saw is out of production and replacement chains may be difficult to find. If you do find one buy it just in case.
